Maria Feist is a Portuguese actress who has studied in Portugal, London, and America. She is currently adventuring and seeking out acting opportunities in Australia but came to town for a quick visit! She was a very skilled gymnast for many years until unfortunately, a severe leg injury forced her to stop but allowed her to find a new passion: acting. We talk about the loss of her mother and a best friend, Grischa, and how she found her inner strength to press on in their honor. She shares some of her favorite memories of her mom and we bond over our mutual loss of a parent.
