We strive to instill the education and the mindset in an individuals with the hope that he helps other brothers and sisters in the same manner. Gradually change one individual at a time. IGY6 isn't a cookie cutter firefighter fitness "look at me I workout" organization. Our drive is to be the engine behind the change even if we never receive the accolades for it. Christine, FDNY EMS: We are here to not just prepare recruits for their respective academies (FDNY Fire/EMS, NYPD, Corrections, etc) we continue to strive to have those that serve, continue to do so without injury and to live a healthier lifestyle. We help bestow the knowledge of their own bodies so they know how to preform to the best of their abilities both in and out of uniform with as little to no injuries as possible.
