Andrew begins to make his case by playing a conversation that occurred between Alex Jones and author of the book "Behold a Pale Horse" the late William Cooper back in the mid 90's. The two conspiracy "OG's" discuss Cooper's book, how presidents and world leaders are not safe from the tentacles of the world planners, Majesty 12, whether or not Civil War or enslavement will happen in America, the "mark of the beast" system, digital ID, digital currency, cashless society, and the end of national sovereignty. Meet the Fockers is a 2004 romantic comedy directed by Jay Roach, Jay also directed the original Meet the Parents, as well as Dinner for Schmucks, The Austin Powers series. Meet the Fockers is the sequel to Meet the Parents, we have Greg or ‘Gaylord' Focker played by Ben Stiller. Greg is engaged to Pam Byrnes played by Teri Polo, the contents of the first film was Greg meeting Pam's parents Jack Byrnes played by Robert De Niro and Dina played by Blythe Danner. The short of that story is that Jack is a retired CIA agent and did everything he could do disrupt, undermine and ultimately break up Greg and Pam before finally agreeing that Greg was indeed a good guy and a good match. In Meet the Fockers, this story in some ways repeats with Jack and Dina meeting Greg's parents Bernie and Roz played by Dustin Hoffman and Barabara Streisand. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Editor - Jon Poll THE COLOR PURPLE editor Jon Poll was sure they had the wrong guy when his agent told him they were interested in having him come aboard as the editor.  He even joked they should probably call WHIPLASH and LA LA LAND editor, Tom Cross ACE.  While musicals were not necessarily a big part of Jon's background coming into the project, no one who sees THE COLOR PURPLE would ever question his prowess for interweaving a powerful narrative with incredible music. THE COLOR PURPLE is a story of love and resilience, based on the novel and the Broadway musical of the same name.  It is a decades-spanning tale of one woman's journey to independence. Torn apart from her sister and her children, Celie faces many hardships in life, including an abusive husband.  With support from a sultry singer named Shug Avery, as well as her stand-her-ground stepdaughter, Celie ultimately finds extraordinary strength in the unbreakable bonds of a new kind of sisterhood. Jon Poll Jon has cut a wide array of films, from such acclaimed features as Bombshell, The Greatest Showman and 2022's Father of the Bride, to box office hits like Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and Goldmember, Meet the Parents and its sequel, and Scary Movie 3.  Poll made his feature directorial debut with the comedy drama Charlie Bartlett. Poll and director Jay Roach are frequent collaborators on many projects.  In addition to the Austin Powers sequels, Poll co-produced, edited and directed second unit on Meet the Fockers, executive produced and edited The Campaign, executive produced, edited and directed the title sequence for Dinner for Schmucks, and edited Mystery, Alaska.  Poll also executive produced Judd Apatow's The 40-Year-Old Virgin. As we head into the New Year, many of us have self-improvement plans for 2024. But what if what you really need is a little time for self-reflection? Join us as today's guest, “A Million Little Things” and “The Devil Wears Prada” actor Stephanie Szostak, shares the eight self-reflection exercises she created in her new playbook. Listen in to learn more about yourself, which can lead to increased confidence, joy, and meaning. “What do you say to yourself about your story? You know, what? I'm really unlucky. I'm really. What do you repeat in your head about who you are? What's your self-talk? What does your self-talk sound like? We are the authors of our own stories. And if we rewrite the way we talk to ourselves or the story we tell ourselves about our reality, we can really change our reality.” ~Stephanie Szostak To learn more -- or read the transcript -- please visit the official episode page.
