In this episode Tuesdee and Josh discuss love, looking at both the expression of it and the interpretation of it. Tuesdee paints a well rounded and mature picture for what healthy platonic love is, while Josh's optics on it appears to be painted with a much broader brush, sometime he just needs guidance. The pod then ventures into the deep end discussing being in love and Josh seems to become instantly worn out. That type of love takes a lot out of you, or so they say, but should it? Tuesdee reveals something about herself! Things then take a turn when Josh introduces the selfish aspect of it. Is it ok to be lost in love? In the teams return to the table, Tuesdee brings some of the rules for friends to the forefront. As she lays them out, Josh does his best to navigate the minefield of pitfalls that could easily cause a casualty. When it comes to Tuesdee and Josh's friends, they don't judge, try to pick up where they left off, and understand all friends are not created equally. A friendship is supposed to be a safe space and life's already hard enough, so keep the few true ones close. They also realize how dicey things can get when friends cross that line. In this episode Tuesdee works tirelessly to hold Josh accountable. Although it sounds like he knows exactly what accountability is, he has an interesting way of accepting it. Josh also seems to believe omission is ok in certain situations, which could be very wrong. Tuesdee makes an important point when stating allowing people the grace to change their minds is an empowering feeling. His inquisitive nature leads to a conversation of discovery for every guy who's ever wondered "why". **Spoiler alert** Josh uses the families situation in Snowfall to better understand what makes women do some of the things they do. Tuesdee shares that she does sabotage certain situations because things sometime seem off, but not surprisingly Josh can relate, and seems to be oddly delighted that he's not the only one in that boat. In this episode Tuesdee and Josh explore the art of detachment. Tuesdee came prepared with a list of helpful tools to help assist in breaking the communication cycle of an expired relationship. It's pretty easy to tell that Josh isn't interested in anything of the sort, especially after listening to some of the feedback he provides. Although Josh may not be the most positive influence, he does appear to display an ounce of objectivity when he's willing to conform to some of the facts Tuesdee brought to the table.  In this episode Tuesdee and Josh address revisiting the block. As Tuesdee spends her time trying to educate Josh on the disinterest associated with revisiting an old flame, he tries to convince her that it's really not that bad. 

In this episode Josh and Tuesdee explore men attempting to explain themselves. Needless to say, Josh isn't the most willing participant. Tuesdee highlights how she'd handle things when the ball is in her court.... Lord help the gentleman that has to deal with that backlash. The squad also addresses the women's intuition scam. The guys seem to have struck a nerve when they realize things may be different in those intimate moments, they are more sensitive than they appear. Someone turned Josh up today for sure, but he will not listen to that woman's intuition. Someone needs to advise this man. In this episode, Tuesdee and Josh converse with a couple of Josh's friends, who happen to be married. Things take an interesting turn when the room tries to dissect how a wedding ring makes a man more desirable. Tuesdee gets Josh to divulge some never before shared info and the journey continued down a dark path. Josh's friends don't hold any punches as you'll see, when he finds himself ducking and dodging verbal haymakers. In this installment of the pod, Tuesdee and Josh attempt to tackle the LIES. "I lied because I didn't want to deal with what comes with the truth" might be one of the realest things Josh has ever uttered. Poor guy is conflicted and hurt. With the help of our first ever live audience, we are able to elevate the conversations. Josh is curious to find out the ramifications of knowingly being wack in some respects, but understanding that's unacceptable and being ready, willing, and able to change the narrative. In this episode Chuck and Josh do their best to navigate the mental monkeybars of being your significant others 2nd option. If we're being honest, nobody wants to be thought of or remembered that way, nor is it fair for us to assume there's no expiration date on that sentiment. On the back of landing your dream job and taking care of home, where's the balance? How can you manage both simultaneously, and if you can't, who the hell is that on your ring camera? In this follow up convo to episode 79, “Air it Out”, Aaraven and Josh converse about the other side of the relationship as it pertains to high profile infidelity. As Josh optimistically grasps for straws hoping for a deeper bond between Deshaun and his fiancé, Aaraven opts for a more practical approach in suggesting she gets back to the basics. Perhaps the perception of cooking her sorrows away could ease her seemingly tone deaf approach to putting the past behind her and standing by her man in the eye of the public? There's no perfect way to compartmentalize traumatic experiences in real time, because at some point we end up revisiting that same dark place to unpack that experience in an attempt to get closer and move on. In this episode Tuesdee and Josh sit down for a mental health check in, definitely sounded like they both needed it. Tuesdee shares her thoughts on what it feels like to be an evil genius after uncontrollably laughing, while she realizes she's emotionally tortured a seemingly decent man. Josh appears to be a his wits end while describing the barbershop situation. It's not easy to be the tough guy when you're not the one holding the clippers and your hairline depends on your barber landing a punchline. If this proves anything, we can clearly see that everyone is dealing with something and just because they dont broadcast it, doesn't mean a little grace can't go a long way.

Trigger warning! In this episode Aaraven and Josh tackle Deshaun Watson's current situation. While Josh searches for the words tho tightrope this topic, Aaraven addresses the topic in a head on collision. She's able to provide insight regarding the emotional rollercoaster women are subject to when put in compromising situations, that are seemingly impossible to navigate. In the process of seeking the truth, emotional support, an attentive ear, and empathy are all we can offer while trying not to convict the accused party in the court of public opinion.

In this weeks episode Tuesdee and Josh explore the emotional wreckage left behind after discovering vering infidelity, in a relationship that seemed healthy and promising. Tuesdee revisits the "throuple" concept, I think she's digging the openness. Josh started to sound pretty mature until he opened up about his toxic trait, he's still working on himself. Tuesdee confirms the ladies love details that truly serve no purpose aside from adding fuel to an already burning fire. We are also able to agree that the  ownership aspect within the relationship generally comes from the female perspective. In this episode, the squad speaks on submission and their respective definitions of it in modern relationships. Steele surprises the team with an incredibly important and impressive special guest, Tuesdee breaks down her current relationship status from her friends POV, and Josh somehow likens ATL to P-Valley. At this point, we can all agree cat-calling is cringy and there's no place for it amongst us upstanding citizens, although we've all seen it and been victims of it at some point in time. In another installment of Unhinged the Pod, we welcomed special guest and friend of the show, LD to what we thought was going to be a peaceful situation… Ha! Tuesdee shares her intense encounter when she came face to face with a tenacious narcissist. She walked us through the rise and fall of what started off as a beautiful situation. Steele picks a side, LD looks for gaps in the defense, and Josh is in awe of how things unfold. Tap in to learn who fits the description of a narcissist… You'd be shocked!

As we wrap up women's month, we take a dive into the emotional state of men. Tuesdee asks thought and emotionally provoking questions that lead Brandon and Josh to really tap into their emotional states. Emotional intellect is essential for success in the professional world, but more importantly on our personal journeys. No matter what we face, we are in charge of how we respond. In this episode Tuesdee comes to the conclusion that all men cheat, meanwhile Brandon and Josh, oppose the statement, and attempt to make sense of it. Josh comes to the realization that there's a deeper, darker, emotion or action that's triggered this emotion and a sense of understanding enters the conversation. Brandon was immediately able to piece together what was going on and wanted no parts of it. Frank, accompanied by his protege, and son Frank Knowles III, provided insight on how his vision came to life. The creative has been able carve out a nice niche where growth is inevitable. As Frank outlines what he has in store for the culture, he drops a few gems on how he plans to move forward and level up, all while being able to provide something for everyone. Recorded March 8th In this weeks episode, Josh and Tuesdee are joined by Steele in a continued conversation on on dating in ATL. They touched on why men do what they do and why they think it's ok to be stuck in that cycle. Tuesdee has an epiphany! Steele suggests that men are bad communicators on purpose. Welcome to the first official collab! In this episode I had the pleasure of working with Teron Wright and Brian Galligan, someone time friends from high school. We revisited the art show held in Beacon, NY, which is ironically where these bonds were formed. After Enoch tries to explain how he gauges expectations on the home front, Deigo steps in to set the record straight. He explains a thought from a different side of the spectrum, and it proves to be correct! Your perspective creates your reality, so it's important to figure out what matters most to you. In this episode, Josh invites a few guys from the Rumhead Crew, including Lu and Diego from Smoke and Fumes ATL to educate us on the some things we should pay attention to when it comes to hookah. Elroy, Josh, and Enoch hung out with us during the lesson Lu and Diego led us through with regard to selecting the tobacco, coals, and actual hookah. Lu helped us understand some of the things we may take for granted before we get to actually enjoy our hookah experience. While a mutual disconnect is completely understandable, Steph and Betty calls the guys out on their bs. Josh reminisces on experiences faced by his younger self, particularly one-night stands, while Tre gives big energy on the experience with no love lost.
