    After a few months of hard work and battling the COVID19 challenges that we've all faced, I've finally managed to pull together the first few dozen pre-recorded episodes for the big reveal of a huge personal project of mine and new journey.Introducing: "Unsung Heroes" A Podcast made by employees for employees.This episode takes a closer look at exactly what to expect from this podcast and how it will use three specific chapters; The Employee Evangelist, The Unsung Hero and The Employee confession to touch on the full 360 perspectives of what any and all employees around the world are going through Including gathering tangible tips on how we can all focus on finding our authentic self, traverse the rapidly evolving employee/employer relationship and tackle challenges we will all face if not now then for certain at some stage in our careers.All of this however collected and told from peers (a fellow employee) and not told from the point of view of self-proclaimed experts.
