Victory Today

There is an old adage "If you won't stand for something you'll fall for anything!" Is what you believe because God's Word says so or because you heard it somewhere or have "always" believed it. It is so important to believe God's Word in these times.

The difference between a lie and lying for the intent to really hurt someone! Slso be very careful what you believe and allowing the liars of the last days to get you to believe God has changed His mind about something---He hasn't!

Rev.22:3 The curse is over and we are in the new heaven and the new earth. Sin and darkness are gone its a new day snd its eternal. Those who chose to trust Christ will live in heavenly bliss for all of eternity but sadly those not genuinely saved will spend eternity separated from God. 

What will the new heaven and new earth be like? What will God finally have? Who or what will not be a part of it? What will it be like for you and me?

There is a falasey that people even write songs about: No tears in heaven. That is simply not true. Early in Rev they weep because there is no one worry to open the book and in Rev 20 their is weeping and gnashing of teeth over lost loved ones facing the final judgment BUT in Rev 21 He wipes all tears forever more and there is no more occasion to shed tears afterward. 

There is a time for far too many will be a very unpleasant time. We will all be there and there is a reason He does not "wipe away all tears from our eyes till Rev. 21 after this scene!

Why do the Arabs hate the Jews so much? Where do you get that everything focuses on Israel in these times? You say nothing is happening today that is not exactly as God said? I just recently remarried and my kids hate my new husband. Help? What is your opinion of boys playing girls sports? AOC for President???

Whether they be greats of the past in bringing about our freedoms or more modern people we count as great or preacher greats of past generations or the great cloud of witness of Heb.12----they all had one thing in commom---they lived by conviction. In many cases they died rather than sell out those convictions. What are your convictions?  

There is a difference in knowing God and really believing, trusting and having absolute confidence in Him! Believing in His Word---His promises---His answering of our prayers. His healing capabilities---CONFIDENCE He will do what He promises to do. That He is in total control of everything and that He is coming again.

The question is:Do we know ABOUT HIM OR REALLY KNOW AND TRUST HIM? I HEAR FROM PEOPLE ALL THE TIME---"I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THIS IS HAPPENING"---THAT TELLS ME A. THEY EITHEER DON'T KNOW WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS OR B. DON'T REALLY BELIEVE IT!

Question: Do you know Jesus? Second question: Do you truly and honestly trust Him? Its not a matter of "knowing" Him but actually "trusting" Him. Know and believing He has everything under control and everything is going according to His plan!

The poem "Do not ask me to remember". Why doesn't God heal everyone? The truth about Isa. 53:5. Do I have to tithe? Grandparents? Sin that it might appear to be sin and be exceedingly sinful!

Neh.8:10 "The joy of the Lord is my joy." Just as with Heb.11:6 where it says "Without faith it is impossible to please God." Satan takes that as a direct challenge and goes straigt after your faith knowing if he can get your faith he has scored a great victory and we can not. please God. If he can get your joy---he can sap your strength! Guard your joy!

Paul said "I can do all things through Christ." Whatever God has for you His grace and abilities are enough. He will never lead you to do what His provisions and abilities are not able to bring you though it. I have often said, "If God has brought you to it He will bring you through it,"

David Ring has CP but oh how God has used him. God has a purpose for our lives and if He does---and He does---then He has sown into you the seeds to do that purpose. The seeds of greatness. Never doubt IF God can---He can and He wants to do great things in your life. Thrown down your stick or whatever is holding you back and trust Him and just go for it!

God asked Moses "What's that in your hand?" David Ring preaches this powerful message about whatever you have is enough for God to work with if we just surrender to His power and will.

We still serve a miracle working God who wants to do a miracle in you if we will just claim it. I have often said one of the saddest things when we get to heaven is when we find out all the He wanted to do for us and with us that we let go unclaimed.

I often say "the world may be in a mess but Jesus isn't" We must always remember He is controled by the world ---He controls the world. Nothing is happening today that He didn't tell us was coming but He also assures us---"I've got this. Trust me" and dear friend you CAN trust Him.

Jesus said in the last days lukewarness would abound. The love of many would be weak and there would be a great falling away. Far too many Christians are letting themseves be circumstance controlled. Here are some helps for weak faith.

Hebrews 11:6 says "Without faith it is impossible to please God" and that He is a "rewarder of those who diligently seek Him," We all suffer from weak faith at times but how should we deal with that and what does it mean to diligently seek Him?

When we honored God we were blessed. One quick look at history and the dependence the foundind fathers had on God will show us the way back from the foolishness of the day. BE NOT DECEIVED GOD IS NOT MOCKED!

The world maybe in a mess BUT Jesus isn't! His power and victories are available today just as always. His promises sure and His love as strong for you as ever. He is still greater than he that is in the world. We just need to believe that and claom it!

We are saved and free only by the grace and mercy of God. God was the reason for the founding of our lands and by His grace He has preserved us for 250 years and only by His grace!

I believe qith all my heart as you study real history that God raised up this whole North America continent to be the missionary center for the world and for many years it was. When these people mock America and do everything they can to destroy it---they are mocking God, sinking their own future and bringing about His return.

What about baptism and what role does it play in salvation? What is the biggest mistake Christians make in their life? Is marriage a 50-50 commitment? What happens when we take matters into our own hands and don't wait on God?

Have you ever said or at least thought "How long oh Lord will you tolerate all this?" I firmly believe we are coming to that day. Did your mother ever say "I have had enough?" Well that day is coming. God is a God of justice Luke 18:7 and He will redeem is faithful, chosen people, He is faithful to His faithful.

With all the things going on sometimes it is very easy to complain when you have no shoes when many have no feet. I know gas prices and food prices RE UP BUT WE ALL COULD LIVE WHERE PEOPLE STAAND IN LINE FOR HOURS FOR A LOAF OF BREAD. My mother use to say "It's worse where there isn't any". When was the last time you real thanked God for all His goodness?

David in the Psalms was very open about his trials and the traps his enemys set for him. He at times will show us his frustrations and dispair BUT he never lost his trust and faith in God. One of the hardest things for any Christian to do is---BE STILL. To let go and let God is a battle we all face yet so many won't admit it. Don't forget "Yea I walk THROUH the valley of the shadow of death FOR THOU ART WITH ME..."

David cries out to God in Ps. 25 about his enemies and the traps (nets) Satan lays out for him. He shows us we can trust God no matter what and that God is able. He can meet you need and give you the victory if we trust Him and keep the faith.

In Matt.24 He says "I'm coming again. I'm coming again". In 25 He tells three stories. The wise and foolish virgins, (Be ready) The parable of the talents. (Make sure you've used your talents for Him. And the last story tells us how we are to use those talents.

Probably the most often asked question I get is "when do you think the Lord is coming?" My answer is usually "when God says go He is coming" BUT---one thing is certain someday He is coming for sure. Our job today is to make sure we are ready and to pray those we love are ready and not left behind.

Most realize it is a much different world today than the one we grew up in BUT Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is still the only answer for broken live and especially for our children.

Consequences! Return to preaching about the consequences of not trusting Christ. Hell! Consequences in the judicial system. Consequences in our schools. The general consequences of life!

John 14:13 "That the Father is glorified"---is what you are asking for going to glorify the Father? Then go for it know He is able and loves you and you are a "Kings Kid."

Today we will take you to an actual chapel service at Freedom Village. You will also find out how we dealt with racism. In 40 years we had I incident of racism though we had every race over the years under the sun.

The Bible is full of evidence of the depth of God's love. The biggest thing Satan tries to stop is you from knowing just how much God loves you. Knowledge and love and a whole bunch of other things are all available through the Holy Spirit and today we will examine how the Holy Spirit can reveal them to you.

Paul in Eph.1:6 was amazed he was accepted in the beloved. I love where H.G. Spafford wrote in the hymn It is well with my sould----"God has regarded my hekpless estate and shed His own blood for my souls." Folks, the saying goes: "When you come to the place He is all you've got you will find He is all you need."

You will never understand how to fully trust Him until you grasp His total love and forgiveness for you. Ask yourselp: Have they ever disproved one thing in His Word? Have you ever discovered one person He failed or one promise He fail to keep to anyone in His Word? So you think you will be the first person in history He ever failed?

There is a difference between salvation and working on our fellowship with Him. Much of our struggles and failures are in the fellpwhip area. We are all broken people and if Satan loses the battle over salvation with a person he immedeately fires his wicked darts at their fellowship with God and sadly he has more wicked "firery darts" than ever to fire at us.

We live in a media/internet driven world and Satan is using it to the fullest. 75% of Christians report they have trouble fully trusting God. Many also say they struggle with sexual allurments and staying off social media. 

75% of recently surveyed Christians sais there number one struggle was fully trusting. They could trust 80% of the time BUT struggled trusting all the time. Abraham in Romans 4 said he was "fully persuaded," Joshua said "I and I alone totally believed>" We akk fail Him at times. What does it take to fully trust?

What is the biggest threat to Christians? What should we do about illigals with CDL licenses driving tractir trailers? What should we do about teen riots? What we taught at the Village about manhood and womanhood? Special birthday song for a friend Blessed Assurance

Far too many of us let the cares of this world smother the promises God has for us in His Word. We need to be aware of the wickedness around us and therefore gow close we are getting to THAT day BUT never forget God loves us and He is always in control and He has a book full of promises just for you and me..

Phil.4:8  There is no question there is enough evil surrounding us but we are in charge of our thoughts and how it controls our outlook. We are to know what is happening(Hosea 4:6) but not to the point we forget His promises and His goodness and what He promises lies ahead.

Oft times it takes a birthday or other special occasion for us to say I love you. Yes, it's a difficult time for many but there are so many things we are to be thankful for. Today we will remember some of those.
