Brother Thelonious (9.4% ABV) from North coast brewing co Vs. itself
This week the guys drink Brother Thelonious by North Coast Brewing, are joined by a special guest in Zack's absence, and talk about how much it would suck to be in the last game they played.
In the final episode while Dad is in Italy, Jords joins Josh to sip on some Belgian strong ale style beers. They first opened the Brother Thelonious from North Coast Brewing and secondly Chimney Grande Reserve from Belgium. They share a single pairing plate this week. It has beef meatballs with garlic mashed potatoes, goat cheese, coastal English cheddar, prosciutto, sopressata, and coffee macarons. They have a great time chatting about a beer they both love and one which they both try for the first time.
FINALLY!! Michael and Anthony the same beer this week as they review the Brother Thelonious Abbey Ale from North Coast Brewing. After reviewing the Ale, the study of 1 Peter continues on in Chapter 2. Listen and Enjoy!
We’ve spent a lot of time on IPA’s and stouts on this show - now it’s time to switch it up a bit and bring on the Belgian beers! In this episode, we bring back friend of the show Michael to taste four different types of Belgians including a bizarre Eucalyptus tripel, crown the official beer of Neurology, and go on a rant about shower beers.Featured Beers:Orval. Welcome to Beerelevant, where Jess and David talk about a random beer that they picked up from the store. There are no experts involved, so just relax and get a review from regular people. We hope everyone is staying safe out there. North Coast Brewery has been kicking for quite a while, and we decided to give them some patronage. You may know Old Rasputin, but this month we tried Brother Thelonious. With quite the past, and a little Monk history, we drink this fantastic beer!
Starfarer reviews North Coast Brewery's Brother Thelonious and talks about synthwave artist Kavinsky.
On this weeks episode, Ally and Jose try North Coast Brewing Company's Brother Thelonious while discussing the disappearance of Tara Calico. Grab a drink, turn up the volume and get ready. Cheers Tappers.
In which Meg has her best pairing EVER! Named after the jazz musician, but sharing the same name as the Monk in the opening sequence, we drank Brother Thelonious from North Coast Brewing. This was a delightfully malty brew with the flavors of dried fruit (raisins, prunes, etc). Beyond the pairing (that Quetina did NOT hate!) we got into Moloch the Conqueror, from the Bible. We also talked about cyber predators (that is some scary ass shit, if we're being totally honest). Then we got into the episode- Willow meets a guy Malcolm online (online for what?) and Buffy is concerned... turns out for a good reason, it's a demon in the internet.
