STORY 7: Lawrenceville's Baggett Elementary is GCPS's lone elementary school offering organized sports At Baggett Elementary, sports aren’t just about the game—they’re about giving kids a place to belong. Even though organized sports don’t officially start in Gwinnett County until middle school, a group of passionate teachers and staff decided to change that. It all started four years ago with basketball. Now? They’ve got T-ball, flag football, soccer, and cheerleading too. “We’ve basically built our own league,” said Jasmin Riley, the school’s PE teacher. www.GoodMorningGwinnett.com Although their request for funding to raise the minimum wage of its employees was turned down by Gwinnett County government, the Gwinnett County Public Libraries system is moving forward with the raises for this year by using contingency reserve funds.But, the system's executive director, Charles Pace, issued a warning on Monday night: the library system's can't afford to use reserve funds in the longterm to pay for the higher salaries.If the library system cannot find ongoing funding for the increased minimum wage on an annual basis in 2023 and thereafter, then library patrons could eventually see fewer services in the coming years.SOURCE: www.GwinnettDailyPost.com

Michael continues his spiritual workings, development of luciferianism and has a deep interest in the authenticity of ritual practice from the ancient near east with Canaanite, Egyptian, Persian, Babylonian, Assyrian and Sumerian with a foundation of Hellenic-Greek gods. Ford approaches the practice of magick from historical and mythological, temple and cult records of the Hellenic, Egyptian and Ancient Near Eastern ritual texts noting that this is the pure source for initiation with the gods and daemons of pre-christian religion.
