Many clinicians believe that simply offering quality care is enough to grow their practices, but this isn't always the case. If you're a clinic owner, a contractor, or a clinician, you may find yourself stuck in a cycle where despite your best efforts, patient flow and revenue generation don't seem to match up with the quality of care you provide. When clinics rely solely on word-of-mouth or outdated marketing techniques, they often fall short of reaching their full potential. Darryll E. Gardley, an experienced physical therapist, clinic owner, and mentor, joins us to share his expertise on how to break free from this mold and build a thriving, revenue-generating practice. BY THE TIME YOU FINISH LISTENING, YOU'LL DISCOVER: How to strategically communicate your clinic's unique offerings to attract your ideal patient base. Proven in-house strategies to empower your staff and boost clinic performance. Outsourcing tips to maximize efficiency and maintain a balanced work-life integration. Insightful collaboration techniques to enhance patient outcomes and build a strong referral network. If you're ready to take your practice to the next level and redefine how you operate in the clinical space, this episode is for you. Don't miss out! On this episode we had our first opportunity to do a Live Podcast recording. We headed back to our MPT program at Western University in London, Ontario to have a cup of coffee with the second year PT students. One of our former professors and past podcast guest Darryl Yardley invited us out to his Business Symposium to talk about starting a podcast, the importance of social media, and why it's important to explore other avenues outside of the PT profession. We want to give a thank you to every single student who came out to the event and an even bigger thank you to the 5 students who came on the podcast to ask us questions. This experience was truly surreal for us as we sat in that classroom as students a year ago! We hope you all enjoy this episode as much as we did! We met Darryl Yardley at Graham Session in 2018. He's a Canadian Physio and also a professor at Western University in Canada. He asked Pintcast host Jimmy McKay if he'd' skype into class and talk about his strange journey to the field of Physical Therapy and then field some Q&A. He' agreed, and it sounded like this.
