Paul’s letter to the Galatians has been called “the great charter of religious freedom,” and “the Christian declaration of independence.” It’s about your freedom in Christ. However, your freedom all hinges on how you answer this one question: How are you justified (made righteous) before God?

Your life tends to go in the direction of your strongest thoughts. We often live up to the words and voices we choose to listen to —for better or worse. It's time to shut down the voices of the past in order to live out a better future. Join us this Sunday, as we discuss Unstoppable Joy.

Fruit is developed from a seed in the ground. The seed is buried and then is transformed into a plant. Once the plant grows to maturity fruit is the natural byproduct. Fruit is never grown overnight. In the same way the fruit of our lives is not developed overnight. It is planted then cultivated and grown over a period of time. All of us develop fruit from the choices we make in life. The question is what kind of fruit are you producing? If your life was like a piece of fruit and was peeled, would the fruit be sweet or sour?

We are not only saved by grace, but continue to walk in, grow in and live by the grace of God now and forevermore. Grace doesn’t end after we become Christians. This grace is received by faith in the word and promises of God, not by our merits. We respond in gratitude, joy, and hope for the future.

The Pharisees were so close to the woman that they had caught in adultery that they were right in the temple with her next to Jesus. They were so close to executing her for her sin according to the Law of Moses, that they neglected to see the Savior, the answer for the Law. They were so close to their own guilt that they had to walk away because they could not cast the first stone. They were so close to perfection themselves that they could not see Him.
