In this second episode of the Ezekiel series we discuss the source of God's will to save hopeless sinners. While many would immediately point to His love, mercy, and forgiveness the book of Ezekiel offers us greater clarity. While these aspects are all true God tells Israel that He is not saving them because of anything they have done to deserve it but rather because of His names sake or HIS GLORY. This session should be one that challenges our own pride and ego as we are overwhelmed by a holy God that is nothing like us. How does knowing that God has cast your sins into the depths of the sea affect the way you view your past failures?
