The program, founded in 1986, honors men and women who combine a successful career with leadership in serving their communities. As part of its programming, Leadership New Jersey sponsors the Forum on the Future of New Jersey, an annual conference devoted to dealing with the key issues facing New Jersey. This year, in conjunction with the Forum, Leadership New Jersey is pleased to introduce podcasts from the Forum.
