It's Trev & Joe vs The Inhumans, on a special bonus episode of Days of Future Podcast. That's right, we're temporarily putting aside Marvel's merry mutants to instead focus on their would-be successors, as we record a live audio commentary while watching - for the first time - the much maligned pilot episode of ABC's Marvel's THE INHUMANS TV series. Could it really be as bad as the hype suggests? We aim to find out. NOTE: This is less a screen-specific commentary, and more a document of two guys being very confused about what they are seeing. We can't guarantee this is one of our best episodes...but if you've ever wanted to hear us baffled and close to losing our minds, this might be the episode for you. On Geektown Radio this week, we take a look a Amazon's newest pilots, run down the casting for Marvel's The Inhumans, and have a very special guest - actress Keesha Sharp from the new hit US show Lethal Weapon! Keesha is an LA based actress, who you may have seen as Dale Cochran in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, Sheila in Everybody Hates Chris, Monica in Girlfriends, or Gigi in Are We There Yet? Her latest role is playing Trish Murtaugh, wife of the iconic character Roger Murtaugh (Damon Wayans), on the new tv adaptation of the classic Lethal Weapon franchise. We chat about taking on the role, what it’s like working with Damon, and Clayne Crawford, who plays Riggs on the show, and where the character might go next! Unlike a lot of film-to-tv remake, this one is actually really good, and a solid update of the source material. It's also been picked up for a 2nd series! If you want to check out Lethal Weapon yourself, you'll find it Friday nights at 9pm on ITV. Also On This Week's... See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
