I could honestly do any day I have a matinee so whatever is best for the photographer I can make sure I'm at the theatre early whenever they're available. -Julio Try out your own Broadway fitness program via an app at no cost and no catch! www.builtforthestage.com Learn more about your ad choices. Ian Campayno / @icampayno - "It will happen. You just have to be committed to sticking with it. Nothing will ever really be handed to you. There are times now when I wanna just quit. They're always gonna be moments when things seem unfair or they seem like they should've gone another way that is out of your control. So all you can really do is go into an audition room and be your absolute best and be your true self. And if you're not what they're looking for, you're not what they're looking for and that has absolutely nothing to do with you as a person, or as a performer.” Bio - Thrilled to be back on Broadway in Some Like It Hot! Actor David CoffeeWhen considering a guest to help usher in the holiday season, I knew whom I wanted to interview. My guest next week is not a paranormal celebrity per-se. His show, however, is an annual holiday tradition complete with four spirits who help transform the money-pinching Ebenezer Scrooge into a kind-hearted man. Actor David Coffee has brilliantly played Scrooge in Massachusetts' North Shore Music Theatre's (NSMT) annual production of A Christmas Carol for many years. He first appeared in the NSMT production in 1992 at the age of 35. For almost three decades, he has performed the role of Scrooge to well over one million theatergoers. It might surprise you to know that he travels from Arlington, Texas, each year to play this iconic role. When I met Coffee last month, I was introduced to a kindhearted, jovial man whose off-stage personality is much more akin to the happy Scrooge you meet at the conclusion of A Christmas Carol.Join us for a trip backstage as I interview actor David Coffee. We talk about theater, A Christmas Carol, and his life as a successful actor. A Christmas Carol begins December 1 and plays 17 performances through December 23. The pandemic wreaked havoc on so many businesses around the country, but probably had the biggest impact on live performance venues such as theaters. As the saying goes, the show must go on, and indeed it has! Joining Jordan to chat about current productions at the North Shore Music Theatre was its owner, Bill Hanney.

Billions of dollars could be on the way in infrastructure funding for Massachusetts, and New England as a whole. Dan McNichol and Bill Goodrich have spent decades advocating for, and directly working to build, better infrastructure around the country. They talk with Nichole about what exactly constitutes infrastructure, what this money could mean for projects in our area, and some of the potential roadblocks to getting these upgrades done. Bill Hanney, the owner of the North Shore Music Theater, joins Nichole to talk about a big anniversary for their annual production of "A Christmas Carol". Bill explains how the intricate production comes together, and how the theater is working to protect the actors, and the audience, from a resurgence of COVID-19.
The Coronavirus has had a devastating effect on American families throughout the country and no one knows that better than North Shore Music Theater General Manager Karen Nascembeni. Both her and her husband (a fellow thespian of the NSMT) came down with COVID-19 and found themselves in the fight for their lives with COVID leaving them both in a coma. Fortunately, Nascembeni came out the other side of the COVID battle and joins Jordan to share her experience of contracting and battling COVID-19 as well as give you advice about this deadly virus that has been plaguing the country.
Today's Topics: It was a great weekend for Americans and the world after hearing the news that ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed after Special Operations forces raided his compound...and yet The Washington Post called him a "austere religious scholar" in the obituary for him...is the hatred for POTUS Trump that bad where journalists cannot even call a terrorist a terrorist because it gives praise towards Trump being responsible for commanding troops towards killing him? Two female fans get banned for life from any MLB games after flashing the Astros pitcher last night during Game 5 of the World Series...was that an appropriate punishment? Warren, Biden, and Sanders all get asked from African Americans, what their advice would be to them if they got pulled over by the police...each Democratic candidate fed right into the idea of discrimination within the criminal justice system...Then VB talks to Actor Judson Mills, star in the hit show "The Bodyguard" at the NSMT about their current show, "The Bodyguard"!
