Seventeen years ago, a husband and his wife learned they were expecting twins. They set out to purchase a house within which to raise their growing family. In the fall of 2006, they settled on a modest home in the town of Enfield, Connecticut; however, things were not at all what they seemed. They blindly forged ahead with the purchase, unaware of what was waiting for them inside. After moving into the home, they begin to experience strange occurrences. They contacted their local church and asked the priest if he could do a house blessing. They explained that something frightening was in their house, perhaps a ghost. He sternly replied that there are no such things as ghosts or Demons. He blessed the house from top to bottom and proceeded to turn the knob to the door to the attic. As he began up the stairs, he stopped, unable to move. He backed up and spread holy water over the stairs. Slamming the door, he turned and left the property, telling the owners to ignore it. It would go away. This was the beginning of their nightmare.Over time, the paranormal activity spiked. They invited paranormal investigators into their home in an attempt to find someone who could help. Their lives were about to change. After an investigator was picked up and thrown down the hall, they made a call to Lorraine Warren. They told her that they had witnessed scratching, biting, and levitation. Lorraine replied, " You're leaving something out". They told her that one of their investigators had gotten picked up and thrown down the hall. Lorraine paused and said I cannot come out to that house ever. She offered to help the family by phone and would never step foot in that house. This week on the Paranormal Project, we will talk with the owners of the Enfield Demon House in Enfield, Connecticut.

Evidential Medium Scott Allan and Actor/Filmmaker Robert Neal Marshall (House of Cards, The Wire, Countdown To Ground Zero) found each other when Scott interviewed “The Haunted Collector” John Zaffis on his KGRA radio show, “The Paranormal Project.” Among his many roles, Marshall had played Zaffis in several episodes of “A Haunting,” but the two had never met. After Scott invited Robert onto his show to meet the real-life person he portrayed, Scott learned that Robert was also a near-death survivor, following a heart attack ten years earlier. The two realized they both shared more in common than previously thought and quickly became fast friends. Long before meeting his grandmother on the other side during his NDE, Robert had psychic/mediumistic tendencies from an early age. Scott had his own opening as well, experiencing a frightening ghost story with spirits that haunted him day and night until he learned how to control his mediumship and keep these spirits at bay. Robert and Scott have now teamed up as co-authors to take us on an emotional journey, sharing how they each discovered special connections to something outside the ordinary. Both were given a unique window into a realm, so often the source of much doubt and confusion, yet is truly an everyday part of us all. Their interactive autobiographical play affirms life is truly eternal. Providence of the Heart stimulates the imagination, hopefully inspires, provides comfort, and perhaps offers a greater insight that life is more than what we have been taught to believe. If you are fascinated by near-death experiences, past lives, mediumship, ghost stories, or simply seek answers for unbelievable “coincidences,” then this show is for you!

As a child, Tammy Christine experienced things that many would consider scary, strange, or non-existent. I can specifically remember seeing the apparition of a man watching my sisters and I playing in our basement in a rural suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. As time passed, I would come to believe that it was all in my imagination or was mere coincidence; yet I always knew there was something more to it. With the passing of my father and several other family members in a short span of time, I began to listen to my intuition again and experienced a spiritual awakening. I began to seek knowledge and study with mentors and allowed the flood gates to open my latent abilities to the spirit world through paranormal investigation which led me right back to where I started as a child - Mediumship. It has been the missing link which I have always known existed, but know I have developed the tools to bring others love and light, healing, and Angel Messages from their loved ones. It is a tremendous gift and a blessing to reach out and help others.Currently, I am medium and investigator with Afterlife Paranormal Investigations of Oklahoma, a certified Reiki Master and crystal enthusiast, as well as an Administrative Assistant and Investigator for the Warren Legacy Foundation for Paranormal Research. I have also begun teaching classes on crystals and intuition. I am a Certified Shorthand Reporter for the State of Oklahoma and am happily married with two children and McDuff, my fur baby.

Julie Griffin has had a lifelong interest in the paranormal. Growing up in the Midwest in two haunted houses was not a scary experience as the activity only happened during the daytime. Footsteps above, doors opening, even items falling off the kitchen counter were more of a curiosity. Her Mom would explain them as the “personality” of the house and it never felt threatening. In 2009 she decided to learn about paranormal investigating with a local group and to her amazement, the photographs started after only three months. Within two years she had captured many high quality photos which later became the book “Ghostly Photographs”.Travels throughout the northeast to known haunted locations deepened her understanding of the spirit world and more captures on her camera. She has had over 90% of the best captures happen during the day, especially in the late morning. During a very intense experience in April of 2011 to Gettysburg, she began seeing “dead people”. This new ability took years to grow and develop. Taking classes and working with skilled Mediums, this turned into actual communication with the other side. Julie went public with this ability in 2018, now a gifted Psychic Medium. The photographs of phenomena continue along with her readings that bringing messages from those in spirit.

The Ansonia Opera House in Ansonia, Connecticut, has been officially closed for nearly 50 years, but it is said that mysterious creatures still dwell there.Visitors claim to have seen ghostly orbs and floating specters. They believe that the opera house serves as an interdimensional portal, which may explain why spirits seem to come and then suddenly disappear.Recently, we spent an evening in the abandoned opera house and have our own paranormal stories to share. John Zaffis has over forty-three years of experience studying and investigating the paranormal. He has had the opportunity to work for and with his aunt and uncle, Ed and Lorraine Warren. This sent John beyond looking for ghosts and hauntings and studying demonology under the Warrens. John has assisted and worked with well-known exorcists Bishop Robert McKenna, Father Malachi Martin, and the Reverend Jun.His research has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, England, and Scotland covering several thousands of cases. Through hands-on investigations with other investigators and clergy, he has obtained much knowledge and understanding of the paranormal. He is considered one of the foremost authorities in the field today.John has a lot of first-hand paranormal experience, including experience with ghosts, poltergeists, and demonic and diabolical entities. He has also worked extensively with both spiritualists and psychics concerning how their knowledge is used for channeling, reincarnation (past-life regression), calling of the spirits for information, and how they use meditation to acquire the information which they are seeking. Because of his personal experiences with hauntings, ESP, near-death experiences, and other paranormal activities, he is convinced that such phenomena exist.John has been featured in the SyFy television series Haunted Collector., Discovery Channel's documentaries A Haunting in Connecticut, and Little Lost Souls. John has also appeared on Unsolved Mysteries, Piers Morgan, and many other print and news media events. John also appears in Graveyards and In A Dark Place, both books written by Ed and Lorraine Warren. He received his MFA in Poetry from New York University and has served as a commentator for the BBC, MSNBC, Entertainment Tonight, Current TV, Fuse, Sirius XM, and HuffPost Live.In an article he wrote for Out Magazine, Noah says with regard to the paranormal, he “always really, really wanted to believe -- but had not been given any reason to.” He went on to say that growing up, his grandmother's family was incredibly superstitious: No seating 13 people at a single dinner table, no traveling on Friday the 13th, and her grandmother supposedly lived next door to a werewolf somewhere in Germany. As the story goes, he was a really nice guy -- you just had to lock up your chickens whenever there was a full moon, or the next morning he'd have eaten them all. Beyond that, his little brother may or may not have been abducted by aliens (he spent most nights sleeping on a mattress on his bedroom floor because he was too scared to be in his room alone in case they came back for him), but he never had an actual close encounter of the supernatural kind - Until he met a psychic medium.
Our guest this week is Angie Sturm, owner of the haunted Bell Mansion in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Last month, I visited the mansion and investigated the expansive location with its owners and the friendliest group of paranormal investigators you could ever meet.In 1893 construction began on the Romanesque-styled building that would become known as Klaehn Funeral home. This breathtaking mansion is a massive 14,000 square feet of magnificent architecture. No detail was overlooked. It remained a funeral home for over 93 years until the business closed in 2018. In 2020, the Sturm family purchased the property to preserve its beauty and precious history. After taking possession of the property, the Sturms noticed that something was awry. The former funeral home was indeed haunted, and the family began offering ghost tours, and investigations of the important city landmark. Join us this week and meet Angie Sturm and her boyfriend Nicholas Carboni and find out why the haunted Bell Mansion just may be the next big thing to hit the paranormal community!
Actor David CoffeeWhen considering a guest to help usher in the holiday season, I knew whom I wanted to interview. My guest next week is not a paranormal celebrity per-se. His show, however, is an annual holiday tradition complete with four spirits who help transform the money-pinching Ebenezer Scrooge into a kind-hearted man. Actor David Coffee has brilliantly played Scrooge in Massachusetts' North Shore Music Theatre's (NSMT) annual production of A Christmas Carol for many years. He first appeared in the NSMT production in 1992 at the age of 35. For almost three decades, he has performed the role of Scrooge to well over one million theatergoers. It might surprise you to know that he travels from Arlington, Texas, each year to play this iconic role. When I met Coffee last month, I was introduced to a kindhearted, jovial man whose off-stage personality is much more akin to the happy Scrooge you meet at the conclusion of A Christmas Carol.Join us for a trip backstage as I interview actor David Coffee. We talk about theater, A Christmas Carol, and his life as a successful actor. A Christmas Carol begins December 1 and plays 17 performances through December 23. James Annitto is a Deacon of the United States Old Catholic Church and is a Demonologist who has worked alongside many other specialists in this field. James is also a paranormal investigator/researcher of Paranormal Phenomena Research & Investigation (PPRI), Sanctuary Paranormal, and the founder/owner of The Dominion Ministry. He has been in the paranormal field since the early age of 15, investigating graveyards and legendary surroundings in the New England area such as Mercy Brown, Ladd School, USS Salem, and Slater Mill. His knowledge of the paranormal came from reading many books in his early years. Watching Unsolved Mysteries, Scariest Places on Earth and then, eventually, Ghost Hunters increased his interest and knowledge of the field. His first ever experience came when his aunt showing him a ghostly figure peeking out of a window during one of their vacations. With this experience James came to love the paranormal and knew that he wanted to be a part of this field when he got older. Being a teenager of 15, it was difficult for him to become part of a research group let alone start his own, so he travelled to graveyards with his camera and a flashlight until he was able to form his own group years later called Ghost Hunters of Supernatural Truth (G.H.O.S.T.). G.H.O.S.T. consisted of Andre Correia formerly of R.I.P.S who appeared on “The Haunted” episode “Demon Attack,” and other members from different areas of the paranormal field with experience levels of none to a few years. James gained a lot of experience running the team and calling clients/business/homeowners. After being in the field for the last 16 years, James has gained a great deal of experience from working with many well respected members of the paranormal field. He has appeared on many radio and local television shows. He has also given scores of lectures at libraries and expos. James began a new level of his paranormal life when he began his studies in demonology and the ministry. Dedicating himself to helping others in the field and those who are in need of a cleansing or blessing, he travels anywhere he is needed free of charge. Even though he has hundreds of cases under his belt, he never makes himself to appear as if he is better than his peers in the field or unavailable to someone who requires his assistance. If for some reason he is unable to help, he always passes the case along to another in the field with equal or more experience than himself. James in March 2015 created The Dominion Ministry to change the landscape of the spiritual warfare field, bringing many spiritual warriors together. In early 2017, James stepped down from The Dominion Ministry to make time for his family, continued studies in the paranormal and as well becoming a seminarian and then eventually ordained as a Deacon. James also worked alongside Carl Johnson in the research/lecture group Duo Daemonologie which started lecturing in 2019 and ended in 2022. Also, in 2022 James started working with Criminologist Laura Brand, expert on The Toolbox Killers on the project ‘True Evil'; A Podcast and Lecture Series while also retaking over ownership and leadership of The Dominion Ministry.
