For the last several months 30%-40% the folks attending LeadingAgile’s CSM and CSPO courses have come from Digital Agencies. Nearly all the attendees have questions about how to implement Agile practices in a Digital Agency Model. ON THE LATEST EPISODE WE TALK THE BRILLIANCE OF ORSON WELLES, THE MEDIOCRITY OF BATMAN VS SUPERMAN, AND HIGHLIGHT SOME OF THE CINEDELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL! IT IS REALLY GREAT! Hey friends, welcome to the LATEST episode of the mightiest podcast on this world or any other, CINEPUNX! It has been far too long since we sat down to record, and so there is a bit of time spent catching up before we get into the meat of the issue. The most important part of that for both us was expressing our gratitude to all of you for listening, sharing, telling your friends, subscribing, rating, and reviewing!! WE CAN NOT DO THIS WITHOUT ALL OF YOUR AWESOME SUPPORT!! We embark on a difficult journey in this episode, that is saying anything even vaguely relevant about two Orson Welles films, Citizen Kane and A Touch of Evil. I am afraid that we do not entirely succeed, but it was fun, so we hope it is fun for YOU to listen to! In my review of the MOVIES AND MEANING FESTIVAL I forgot a lot of names of movies and bands and what not. One of those was Le Famille Belier, a film I cannot recommend enough. Another was some of the bands featured in the film Good Vibrations, bands like RUDI, THE OUTCASTS, and THE UNDERTONES. We end the episode discussing some things we are excited for in the upcoming CINEDELPHIA FILM FEST! Check it out and please support! We also apologize in advance for anyone who feels like we did not cover Orson Welles sufficiently, BUT we promise to do a follow up episode where we will not only discuss more of his films, but also have a bite more research done as well. Thanks for listening! SOUND NOTES: pretttttaaayyyy, prettttaaayyy, pretty good. The post CINEPUNX Episode 48: Orson Welles, BVS, and CFF appeared first on Cinepunx.

From there, Mike and Dave discuss the differences between mode 1 and 2, as well as how organizations can make the journey from a more traditional form of delivery with mode 1, to a more exploratory and nonlinear model with mode 2. Lastly, we'll explore how mode 1 and mode 2 relate to LeadingAgile's Compass for Enterprise Transformation, the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and what it takes to make the shift from mode 1 to mode 2.

The moon is full, my skin is tingly, and I can feel the change coming on, so it MUST be time for a new episode of CINEPUNX!!!! Our MONTH OF HORROR continues as we sit down with host of the HORROR BUSINESS podcast, scene stalwart, and internet sensation Justin Lore!! Justin is a big fan of werewolf films and was excited to come on the show and discuss them with us. We were also joined by Cinepunx regular Evan Vellela! You may know Evan from multiple episodes, some of our favorites in fact, as well as our many flyers which he designs exclusively. OH MAN WHAT A FUN CAST OF CHARACTERS WE ARE!!! It was not long into our conversation before wackiness ensued. Some highlights Josh makes the bold claim that cannibal films are not only racist, but the people who love them are as well. Justin agrees, perhaps a bit TOO easily, while I attempt to salvage the good will of our cannibal loving audience. Of course, I am mostly just hoping for that Eli Roth cash in some day. So sick. I also say a bunch of stuff that I think is factually incorrect about the Fabio Frizzi show, like capacity and songs played Lore really loves werewolf movies. Evan really likes AMENDMENT 18 I suggest the real problem with werewolf movies is related to special effects Evan tells a story where he ACTUALLY says 14th street, but anyone from Philly knows that is NOT a thing. Josh says Thriller is the best werewolf movie ever Josh also says that werewolf movies are ALWAYS better than vampire movies, and I and Justin lose our collective shit. Evan doesn’t really care. We invite feedback on two things- CANNIBAL MOVIES, DO YOU LIKE THEM? ARE WEREWOLF MOVIES ALWAYS BETTER THAN VAMPIRE MOVIES? WHAT ABOUT AS A WHOLE? WHAT ABOUT JOSH IS A CRAZY PERSON WHO DOESN’T LIKE FRIGHT NIGHT! Thanks so much to everyone who watched the PERISCOPE feed, it is a fun thing we are trying when we record. This episode was a lot of fun to record, and we are so glad Justin and Evan could be with us. SOUND NOTES: sounded great. right? right. PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS, AND MAYBE COMMENT, AND MAYBE SUBSCRIBE?? The post EPISODE 38: ALL THINGS WEREWOLF WITH JUSTIN LORE AND EVAN VELLELA appeared first on Cinepunx.
LOOK AT US KEEPING OUR PROMISES LIKE SOME SORT OF SQUARES! IT IS A NEW EPISODE OF THE NOTORIOUS C.I.N.E.P.U.N.X. Oh, hai guise. Welcome to the latest installment of our MONTH OF HORRORS! We sat down with Mosh Master, Horror Hound, and Vocalist extreme John Wren! You may know him from his band BOTTOMFEEDER or you may have read some of his film reviews on STEREOKILLER or you may have had him mosh you into oblivion during an ALL OUT WAR set or for that matter NEW FOUND GLORY or GWAR. dude gets around. As one of the first dudes I remember knowing from both shows and who made an effort to see cool movies, I was stoked to have him on the show. He and Josh hit it off too, and Josh declared that they are now friends, so that is a plus. We spent more time discussing the new Austrian film GOODNIGHT MOMMY, than I think we intended. Our hope was that the film would lead to a richer discussion of horror in general, and though we had a good conversation, it wasn’t as broad as I know we could have done. I of course talk too much as usual, cause I am a monster.
