DJ followed in the footsteps of his dad into the ranks of Top Alcohol Funny Car. The opportunity was given to DJ when John Anderika decided to retire after winning the D1 championship in 2013. With wins at Virginia & Atco this year, DJ was able to clinch his first ever Eastern Regional TAFC Championship. We will talk with DJ about the championship and how he is feeling as he heads to Indy.
