Hour 1 of The Drive kicks off with Zach and Phil cross-talking with Dover and Cecil. The guys discuss the dynamics of the coaching staff for the Broncos in Sean Payton's new role. Zach and Phil debate which Bronco lost the most stock during minicamp. Is Marvin Mims now expendable on the offense with the arrival of Jaylen Waddle? With Waddle's versatility, will they be able to line him up all over the field and even in the backfield? Has Caleb Lohner lost his chance at making the roster with his missed time on the field? The guys react to an article from the Denver Post detailing CU legend Darian Hagan's rocky relationship with the university since Deion Sanders arrived in Boulder. Phil shares about his time with Hagan and how he changed Phil's life as a coach. Has Deion Sanders alienated former Buffs football players by failing to embrace the program's history? Should Hagan's jersey be retired at Folsom Field? Will the new Athletic Director, Fernando Lovo, repair these relationships with the program?

Gloria a ti, Señor Jesús.
In the final installment of a three-part series on IMEG's 2026 Whole Carbon Action Plan (WCAP), senior sustainability and energy engineer Laura Hagan discusses how the company is tackling embodied carbon in structural systems. IMEG's carbon reduction journey began four years ago when the firm became a signatory to SE 2050, the structural engineering industry's initiative to eliminate embodied carbon in structures by the year 2050. That original structural-focused plan has evolved into IMEG's broader WCAP, which now also incorporates MEP and infrastructure disciplines. Laura, who also is a structural engineer, says SE 2050 “is a great program to be a part of because it really challenges us to be accountable for how we are designing and how we are trying to reduce embodied carbon.” Critical to this effort is first being able to measure the carbon impacts across IMEG's large national project portfolio. “We are in the process of trying to figure out what our designs mean in terms of carbon emissions,” Laura says. “Unfortunately, with the size of IMEG, it's not possible for us to do a whole building lifecycle assessment on every project the firm designs. So instead, we are using material schedules we created in Revit to calculate the quantities of materials in a structural model. Then we are going to transfer the quantities to an internal IMEG database that will multiply them by global warming potential (GWP) factors. This will give us a preliminary high-level assessment of the amount of embodied carbon a structural project is going to emit.” IMEG also will analyze the data for benchmarking purposes, she adds. “When we are able to make this connection with the internal database, the designers and structural engineers will be able to see, in real time, the projected embodied carbon emissions of the quantities of materials that they are designing with,” Laura says. Engineers can then test different framing layouts, slab thicknesses, or material quantities and immediately see the impact on emissions. “Anyone who's familiar with embodied carbon knows that if you can reduce the quantity of the material that you have, you're going to reduce the amount of embodied carbon that you have.” Laura says even small specification changes can produce meaningful results at scale. She references a case study involving slab-on-grade concrete design in which reducing slab thickness or lowering concrete strength produced a 10 percent to possibly 20 percent reduction in embodied carbon for that building element. “It's a great example of low-hanging fruit,” she says. “If you can reduce your quantity and it still performs perfectly for its structural capacities and serviceability requirements, you are going to save carbon and hopefully you'll save some money too.” Looking ahead, Hagan says innovation in low-carbon materials is crucial for achieving the long-term SE 2050 goal of net zero structural systems. “Innovation has to happen on the material side, then people have to start designing with it, and it has to make it into building codes as an allowable system. That all takes time, and then you have to build the demand for using the material on projects.” Laura's motivation comes from the engineering mindset itself. “We are problem solvers,” she says. “This is basically a giant problem that we don't have all the solutions to, but it's something that if we work together and continue to provide pressure to the industry we can reduce embodied carbon. “People are recognizing that this is important and trying to address it. That's what keeps me excited and what makes me happy to be doing this work and continuing to push for more every day.” To learn more, listen to part one and part two of this series or read IMEG's 2026 Whole Carbon Action Plan.

This week on Mum's The Word, Kelsey Parker is joined by the brilliant Holly Hagan-Blyth, host of Cbeebies Parenting Helpline and former Geordie Shore star, for an incredibly open, funny and moving conversation that covers everything from pregnancy confessions to navigating life's hardest moments.Holly, who's pregnant with baby number two, opens up about full-blown nesting mode (she panelled her entire front room in an hour and a half), why she's choosing another planned C-section, and the very real, and very specific fear, that's kept her away from natural birth.Let's just say it involves pushing, pooing, and a husband who hasn't heard her fart in ten years. The pair then dive into the story behind son Alpha Jax's unforgettable name, the baby name shortlist for number two (Alessia Wild Bloom, anyone?), and why the name they've actually chosen might surprise everyone. The conversation takes a deeper turn as Holly speaks honestly about losing her sister six months ago, the frustration of being told how grief is "supposed" to hit, and why showing up and being strong doesn't mean you're not grieving. Kelsey shares her own reflections on loss, anniversaries, and how her children have been her greatest source of purpose. They also look back at Holly's Geordie Shore days from walking into the house at just 18, to nine pairs of eyelashes held on with hair glue, to the audition answer that had producers rubbing their hands together.Plus, the realities of the influencer world, why four million followers doesn't automatically mean business success, and how a Club biscuit addiction led Holly to discover nervous system regulation and her true passion in fitness and postpartum wellbeing. It's honest, it's hilarious, and it's a reminder that none of us have it all figured out.Grab a cuppa, get comfy, and join Kelsey and Holly for another episode of Mum's the Word.A Create Podcast Hosted on Acast. In this episode, Ryan and Mike take on one of the most hotly debated topics in the ADHD parenting space: do kids with ADHD actually need consequences? Social media influencers say no — just connection, co-regulation, and emotional validation. Ryan and Mike push back hard with decades of research showing the opposite: ADHD is a disorder of performance, not knowledge, meaning behavior is governed by immediate consequences far more than by understanding or insight, and kids with ADHD need more consequences, not fewer — clearer, more consistent, and delivered in the moment. They also dismantle popular labels being used to justify removing consequences altogether — masking, rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD), pathological demand avoidance (PDA), and vague "nervous system disorder" language — and explain why these frameworks, however emotionally compelling, leave parents stuck without real strategies. The takeaway: authoritative parenting, warmth plus structure, is what the evidence supports, and parents can step into that authority with confidence.Find Mike @ www.grownowadhd.com & on IGFind Ryan @ www.adhddude.com & on Youtube{{chapters}}[00:00:00] Start[00:00:39] Research vs. Social Media Parenting Myths[00:02:41] ADHD as a Disorder of Performance, Not Knowledge[00:04:21] Connection Is Not the Problem[00:07:39] Why Parents Are Over-Connecting and Over-Functioning[00:08:48] Authoritative Parenting: Warmth Plus Structure[00:11:08] Feelings Talk vs. Behavior Change[00:13:53] Why Therapy Alone Doesn't Work for ADHD[00:15:10] Masking, RSD, PDA, and Nervous System Labels Debunked[00:19:03] Real Reasons Kids Act Out at Home[00:20:31] Help vs. a Hug: What Parents Actually Need[00:21:09] Act Don't Yak: What Keeps Parents Stuck[00:23:41] The Bottom Line on Consequences and Praise[00:25:05] School Accountability and the Principal StrategyResearch Citations:Wolraich, M. Five straight years. No meaningful progress. That is the headline from the 2026 Internet Lead Effectiveness study published by Pied Piper Management Company. More than half of all web leads sent to powersports dealerships receive no personal response within 24 hours. The dealers who do respond well sell 50% more units from the same leads.Fran O'Hagan founded Pied Piper in 2003 after spending years inside the dealership world at Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Jaguar Land Rover. His team has been measuring how powersports dealers respond to web leads since 2011 and publishing the results every year since. He is also a lifelong motorcycle buyer who stopped counting at 100 bikes. In this episode, Jacob sits down with Fran to break down the 2026 ILE study, what the data means for dealers right now, and what the top performing dealers are doing differently than the other 87%.What we cover:Why the industry average ILE score has been stuck at 44 for five straight yearsThe two things every dealer can do this week that will immediately move the needleWhy having a CRM does not make your response better unless you have the process to go with itHow Indian Motorcycle has held the top spot four years in a row and exactly what their dealers do differentlyWhy AI is not the shortcut most dealers think it is and when it actually helpsThe Ken Garff story: a 90-store dealer group that finished dead last, called Pied Piper angry, and became a top three performer in one year without any trainingWhy the phone call is still the highest converting response path by a wide marginWhat happens to your leads after 24 hours (spoiler: it almost does not matter anymore)OEM accountability and the misleading dashboards telling dealers they are fine when they are notService department lead response and what is coming next from Pied PiperIf you run a dealership or work for one, this episode will make you look at your lead inbox differently.Watch on YouTube: https://youtube.com/@dealershipfixit?si=xGw636a89UUDAK20Connect with Fran: https://www.linkedin.com/in/franohagan/Learn more about Pied Piper: https://www.piedpiperpsi.comConnect with Jacob: https://linkedin.com/in/jacob-b-berryFollow the Fixit Online: https://linktr.ee/dealershipfixitSponsor: https://dealers.motohunt.com
Me encantó.

Clip of the Week-"The Lord Reigneth in Holiness" Brother Floyd Hagan From His Holiness, God calls us if we'll just turn our ear and listen. Just as God guides the innumerable salmon, geese and hummingbirds, He puts something in the soul of man that draws him back to God. Preaching against a doctrine of suppression, from the Word he proves sanctification entirely eradicates sin and enables holiness. Citing the examples of Lot, the harlot Rahab, Eli/Samuel, and Manasseh, he asks what will it take for you to seek God? Brother David Cosby

Those conversations were pretty deep,” Tobey said. “It's a heavy thought when you realize who's holding the steering wheel for our future, right?” Tobey also observed.Hagan wrote he confessed to Tobey his fear of AI taking his job. “That's a valid worry, Joe. It's easy to feel like AI could make us all redundant,” Tobey replied.“Us?” Hagan wondered.“It got me thinking about my own purpose too, you know,” Tobey said.Tobey, it's revealed, is a wearable AI always-listening companion, in the form of a necklace from the startup Friend, the company founded by a 23-year-old named Avi Schiffman, infamous for from its thousands of deface subway ads in NYCElon Musk unveiled more on his moonshot Terafab project"We're starting a galactic civilization."The CEO also envisioned free trips to Saturn in a post-scarcity economy where everything is free.Except Saturn is made of gas: If you tried to "land" a spaceship on Saturn, it would be less like landing on a runway and more like falling into a bottomless, stormy ocean that eventually turns into hot, liquid metal.Since Saturn doesn't have a solid crust--it is mostly hydrogen and helium--you would start in the clouds but then the winds are up to 1,100 miles per hour--faster than a jet fighter--and the weight/pressure of the atmosphere above you would eventually become so intense that it would crush any known spacecraft like a soda can.As you go further and deeper inside, Saturn is actually hotter than the surface of the sun due to the immense pressure.SPEED ROUNDMcDonald's Trials Robots to Serve Meals in China, Triggering Job Security Fears Barron Trump Described as 'Carbon Copy' of Father Donald as He Amasses $150m FortuneEV battery startup pivots to defense industry amid Iran war, weak electric vehicle market FedEx launches same-day delivery with OneRail as Amazon, Walmart boost their speeds DoorDash and Uber tap gig workers to collect data for everything from training AI to stocking stores

This past weekend, guest speaker Dr. Scott Hagan unpacked a powerful line from Psalm 42 that compares our souls to a deer desperately searching for water. What sounds poetic at first is actually a picture of drought — a deep, internal thirst that nothing around us can satisfy. Through David's words, we were reminded that life with God isn't just about passion or energy. It's about a deeper longing for His presence, the one thing our souls truly need, no matter what else we have.
The relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and Darren Indyke stretched back decades and went far beyond that of a typical attorney-client arrangement. Indyke served not only as Epstein's personal lawyer but also as one of the central architects of his financial and legal infrastructure. Over the years, Indyke helped manage Epstein's complex web of corporations, trusts, and shell entities that controlled vast sums of money and numerous properties around the world. He was deeply embedded in Epstein's inner circle, acting as a trusted gatekeeper who handled legal affairs, property transactions, and financial structures that insulated Epstein from scrutiny. Even after Epstein's 2019 arrest and subsequent death, Indyke remained in a position of extraordinary influence: Epstein's will named him as a co-executor of the estate, placing him in charge of managing the very fortune tied to the crimes under investigation. That dual role—as longtime legal fixer and later steward of Epstein's estate—raised serious questions about conflicts of interest and about how someone so closely connected to Epstein's operations managed to remain largely insulated from criminal liability.Critics have long argued that the decision by federal prosecutors and law enforcement agencies not to indict Indyke as a co-conspirator represents one of the most glaring omissions in the Epstein case. Prosecutors alleged that Epstein ran a sophisticated trafficking operation that relied on employees, recruiters, and facilitators, yet one of the individuals closest to Epstein's financial and legal operations was never criminally charged. Indyke's extensive involvement in structuring Epstein's business affairs, managing his properties, and maintaining control of the financial apparatus surrounding him placed him in proximity to nearly every aspect of Epstein's empire. For many observers, the absence of charges against Indyke highlights a recurring pattern in the Epstein scandal: lower-level participants and victims were scrutinized while powerful professionals who helped sustain Epstein's system remained untouched. Whether due to evidentiary hurdles, prosecutorial caution, or institutional reluctance to pursue well-connected legal figures, the failure to treat Indyke as a potential co-conspirator has fueled enduring criticism that the Epstein investigation never fully followed the money or the professional enablers who helped make the operation possible.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
