Shadrick from Jaguars.com joins Query & Company to share the overall thoughts on how training camp and preseason went for the Jacksonville Jaguars, assesses where Trevor Lawrence's confidence is at right now after getting paid a large amount of money in the offseason, states that the Jags have a lot of #2 receivers in the offense with no real WR1 on the roster, and highlights the pass rush and the interior offensive line as two areas that the team will struggle this season. (43:36-46:11) – The first hour of the program concludes with Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie reminding people on how they can join The Fan's Pick ‘Em challenge! (46:11-1:13:37) – Radio voice of the Indianapolis Colts, Matt Taylor, makes his weekly appearance on the program with Jake Query & Jimmy Cook to discuss his takeaways from the initial 53-man roster that was released yesterday, believes that Shane Steichen is going to put Anthony Richardson in positions weekly to win games and not focus directly on developing him in specific areas as a passer, and comments on the way he envisions Steichen using Jonathan Taylor to compliment the weaponry around Richardson. (1:16:22-1:32:58) – Following their conversation with Matt Taylor, Jake and Jimmy bring up the discussion about the cornerbacks from earlier in the show after Chris Ballard's comment yesterday. Additionally, Jake asks Eddie two hypothetical questions that he wants to revisit later in the year. (1:32:58-1:37:35) – Hour number two concludes with Jake and Jimmy discussing some of the things in Mike Sando's piece that they will talk to him about next segment. (1:37:35-2:05:03) – The Athletic's Mike Sando joins Query & Company to discuss his latest piece on ranking the QB's in the NFL in a tier system based off of the 50 NFL coaches, GM's, coordinators, etc. had to say pertaining to each QB. Sando elaborates on what people had to say about Anthony Richardson, does believe that people in the NFL legitimately think Shane Steichen is one of the best offensive minds in the league, and reveals how the other AFC South quarterbacks ranked. (2:05:03-2:20:47) – NHRA driver Matt Hagan joins Query & Company to preview the NHRA Nationals that are this weekend at Lucas Oil Raceway to explain what type of experience that fans get when they attend, explains the importance of reaction time being what can make or break your race, and shares some statistics that blow Jake's mind away when it comes to how fast the cars are going, the force it generates through the ground, and then how quick they have to react to the start. Our buddy John Force was involved in a terrifying crash in his NHRA Funny Car on Sunday afternoon during the Virginia Nationals. We want to send our well wishes to John for a speedy recovery, and can't wait to see him back behind the wheel. If there is one person who has ever been on the Dale Jr. Download that is still brought up most, it's probably John Force. We're going to look back at some of the greatest moments from that interview and also talk to John's friend and competitor, Matt Hagan, about John's fiery competitiveness and his charismatic - and hilarious - personality. Plus, ask any driver, and they'll tell you what we all know is true: the sting of defeat is more intense than the euphoria of victory. With his second-place finish at New Hampshire, Sheldon Creed has now tied Daniel Hemric and Dale Jarrett for the most runner-up finishes ever before securing a NASCAR Xfinity Series win. We talk to Creed himself and hear from Daniel Hemric on the challenges of claiming that first victory.

Dickie talks about the trickiness of Chicago, the approach change for Epping, why his team is clicking so well, and what the performance potential is for cool New Hampshire air in qualifying. Tony Pedregon is the second guest on the show and there's a spicy conversation about the simmering Pro Stock frustrations pervading the pits, who the favorites are on what could be an all-time performance weekend, and the potential of seeing 340mph not just out of one car, but maybe others as well. It's a supercharged look at what's to come this weekend on the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series tour!

NHRA Charlotte 4-Wide Nationals Funny Car Winner Matt Hagan returned to The Freak Nation after his first win of the season. It was an important win for Hagan, his 50th in a very successful career. Hagan is known for his brutal workout and his incredible conditioning. But his new team at Tony Stewart Racing and his business interests away from the track has seen those workout diminish. Tony Stewart Racing Team Owner Tony Stewart is a longtime Friend of the Freaks. Stewart is a four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, winning two as a driver (2002, 2005), one as owner/driver (2011), and one as an owner (2014). Last year he won an NHRA title as the owner of Matt Hagan's Funny Car. Now Stewart has stepped into the Top Fuel dragster nearly driven to a World Championship last year by his wife Leah Pruett. It's a huge step for Stewart. The Top Fuel car is nearly twice the speed of his NASCAR Cup car. He talked with Kenny Sargent about the steep learning curve he's going through this season. Listen...
Phil and Josh return after the Easter weekend for E214 of the GSP, with the main discussion point being Dennis Hamlin absolutely jumping the final restart and winning at Richmond. The Cup Series debuted rain tires so they could start the race but NASCAR dictated when they could use them and when to remove them. Once that was completed, two drivers essentially had their way - Kyle Larson and Martin Truex, Jr. However, two cautions played a role in the final result: the drive out of the groove for Kyle Busch during a cycle of pit stops, and the caution with two to go between Larson and Darrell Wallace, Jr. which set up the GWC for Hamlin to pounce after his team provided a great pit stop. The guys go over all of this and the continued issues with the short track package, while covering MTJ's list of people he was angry at. On the XFinity side, Chandler Smith is really good at Richmond. He won over teammate Aric Almirola (who won both stages) in a Gibbs benefit, which the guys said would happen. The bigger stories were the debut of Late Model standout Bubba Pollard for JRM and the wreck between Joey Gase and former GSP guest Dawson Cram. Cram finished Gase off into Turn 1, and the car owner decided to rip his bumper cover off and attempt to throw it in the window of the JD Motorsports driver's car. Both have made merch off the incident but it was an expensive day for Gase. The GSP Roundup covers WRC and Formula E, while Liberty Media acquires Dorna Sport (the group that runs MotoGP and WSBK) and an NHRA Arizona Nationals preview with my respect and credit to Matt Hagan being discussed. Phil and Josh return to preview Fish Lips getting back to the top step at the Japanese Grand Prix and who will finish behind him before previewing and making picks for all three major NASCAR series at Martinsville. Josh lets us know all things going on in iRacing and gaming in his Sim Segment prior to the Show Close.

NHRA Texas Funny Car Winner Matt Hagan & Top Fuel Winner Leah Pruett closed out Sunday night with some history for Tony Stewart Racing. Both are within two round wins of first place with events in Las Vegas and Pomona still on the calendar. One of the key points in the conversation was the teamwork between the two nitro competitors. On this monologue-style episode of the NHRA Insider podcast, host Brian Lohnes takes you through all the news and storylines from Denver and looks forward to this weekend's Northwest Nationals at historic Pacific Raceways in Kent, Washington. The last Mile High Nationals at Bandimere Speedway will be marked by three things. A weekend sellout, seemingly impossible track records, and dramatic victories across the Camping World Drag Racing Series classes. There were moments of sheer frustration, of amazing success, and of shocking upsets. The inside story? Lohnes is here to bring you that. The second half of the show is relating what we saw last weekend to what we may see this weekend in Washington State. There's plenty to wonder about, like whether Gaige Herrera can sweep the swing, whether the success of Clay Millican follows him back to sea level, and whether Matt Hagan is busting out to make a run for his fourth title. All that and more on this episode!
