In this episode, we discuss issue #18 of the Final Quest. Lots of big developments in this issue! Cutter completes his latest quest in the Frozen Mountains and we muse on the implications of his powerful apology for both elves and trolls. We also talk about the evolution of Strongbow and Moonshade's troubled relationship, the growing powers of the Palace Dwellers, the poor treatment Two-Edge has received in his long life, Skywise's foibles and Venka's big surprise.

We finally got to see a bit more of the "Scary Ones" in issue #14 of the Final Quest and in this episode of the podcast, we let our imaginations run wild trying to guess what these creatures actually are, and what they mean to do with Cutter. We also chat about Venka's smack-down of Two-Edge, the manifestation of Conehead spirits in the Palace, how Redlance will react to the Scary Ones, what Cutter's dream of the Ten Chiefs could mean, Filcher's death and more!

Well, we finally did it. We recorded an episode of this podcast that is LESS than two hours long! That's not because issue #13 of the Final Quest didn't have a lot going on. Venka and company make their way through the troll tunnels with Two-Edge leading the way - what will they discover in the Holt? Moonshade and Strongbow finally separate - but who gets the tree den and custody of the kids? Meanwhile Sunstream might just be the WoTM version of Bill Gates, and Cutter and Skywise literally become 'high' ones as they partake of the delights of dreamberries!
