A Sports-Talk Show Styled Podcast about the Competitive Pokemon League: Arena Revolution Championships (ARC).
Arena Revolution Championships
We're taking a look at some trainers rocking out out in the Mid-Card with two featured matchups against some new trainers and old veterans. This week we're covering the matchup of Regi vs. Adri and Pesky vs. Otto. Who will come out on top? Find out now on the Weekly RemARC!
Breckerr vs. Abrandt: Why Ubers Too? and SMence's Ego vs. Evo "How is he the IC Champion?" Janus. Weird week in ARC. Let's see how these matches went.
It was an event that we knew would all come. We though it would be met with fanfare and aplomb. But it came on a cold day in early March. The King of Champions loses his title to the Rookie Trainer, and previous King Candidate, Breckerr. Perhaps this will see the birth of a new King. But will it be an era of hope and order, or one of chaos and despair? Find out now on the Weekly RemARC.
Last time ARC staff had a pretty high accuracy predicting matches. This time, as we let all of the matches finish, we see that that level of accuracy was probably just a fluke. But there may also be a prophet among the ARCades.
A Cycle 1 Veteran returns in a heated battle against the current Comissioner, Evo, who finds himself being burned after his clash with Blaze. Also, another upset in the books as Bowsori makes ARC history by being the first to beat Venge twice in a row (and twice in the same cycle). We talk about these battles and more this week on The Weekly RemARC!
I've recorded a podcast show with no nameIt felt good to get up on the micIn a podcast, you can make-up a name. But we'll take ideas from you instead.
Dart does a thing! Which is good, because he forgot to do that other thing. Do people actually read this? Just listen to the episode.
How do I write episode descriptions for this one? Uhh, new close Combat format. Only twice per cycle. Check it out, hope you like?
Dozer3 is not dead, but Dozer is as he lost to Venge due to being dumb in teambuilding. But hey, Whims looked fun, right? Also other matches happened. I'm too tired to write a proper description. blah blah, Weekly RemARC.
Dozer has a new mic, he's still getting used to it. And he's going a bit stir crazy as he tries to chase the IC Title, but keeps winning which keeps him ineligible. Likewise, we see what a league top 5 looks without Venge as he takes his 2nd loss this cycle in a turn of events that eerily mirrors the Fall of QTfly and the coming of a new generation of Chaos.
Venge defends his title in a Bo3 and Dan continues undefeated. We're starting to look towards the Event Card as Dan earns himself a potential path to facing Venge at Event Card 8. But to get there he must go through the current #2 Contender, SMence, who wants a rematch. Who will get their shot at the throne? Find out now on the Weekly RemARC!
Dart sits down with a bunch of the nerdy numbers that make ARC tick, and take a look at how the top 5 participants of the Game Corner have picked their way to supremacy. Now you can find their top secret strategies and apply that to your own picking game and try to come out on top.
Dan has managed to make it to the top of the standings, only behind Nah by bonus points. Will he continue his streak of wins? Or will he slip up somewhere down the line? This week Venge is defending his World Championship title? Or will Breckerr take it from him? Who will come out on top? Find out now on the Weekly RemARC!
After a week of heavy upsets most people took a heavy hit in the Game Corner. Only one person walks away with a perfect week, only because of those upsets as well. And it is none other than the former ARCade, current GM, and Producer of ARCN; DozerZigashi. Did Dozer rig the Game Corner? Is Mugen adding fuel to the fire? Are Dart and Dan, two ARCN members, somehow involved? Who will come out on top, find out now on the Weekly RemARC.
Now that the first week of Cycle 8 is done, we have a new IC Champion and a new dARC Champion. The newbies had a rough week too, but one of them is starting out with a win. But with two new champions crowned, the real question is who will rise to challenge them. Find out who will come out on top here on the Weekly RemARC!
It's a new cycle, which means a whole new roster! We've got 4 new trainers showing up with 16 returning veterans to make a roster of 20 participants. The latest generation of trainers join on the heels of the crowning of the new Royal Court. A new era begins, right here on the Weekly RemARC!
This year we present 4 King Awards as a part of the 2018 Royal Court. In addition, we hand out the Aces Acknowledgements for 2018. These awards are presented by Dozer, Dart, Mugen, and Cyarkos.
Dozer fills in for this week's ARConomy for a very rough attempt at making the show work.
Better late than Never is Dozer's mantra as he finally returns for the mic. Missing quite a lot of insanity in the Platoon Wars, it's a surprise to see the Heart Breckerr's take it over Platuno for the win. Now those two Platoon's top members face down to see who truly is the best, and to see who will be facing the ARC Champion in Cycle 8. Speaking of the Champion, Venge and Abrandt go at it again in one of the greatest grudge matches in ARC History. Abrandt is 3-4 against Venge, but 0-4 in the last 4 matches. Will Abrandt reclaim the Belt that Venge stole from him? Or will Venge prove he is the best Champion to ever grace the Arena Revolution Championships?
Dozer is still sick, so Mugen stepped up to the mic again.
Dozer is sick agian...still? So Mugen has stepped up to the mic to fill in. Listen to his glorious accent as he tells you how things have been going this last week in ARC.
Dart takes time out of his busy schedule of working and being a bum to actually make an episode! Listen to him talk about how he still needs to automate stuff, and probably fail to understand how one of Evo's spreadsheets work!Oh, and he talks about some Game Corner stuff too.
We had two matches happen and two Change of Venue's go off which set up for a massive week of battles that could swing the Platoon Wars in many different directions. There are chances for 4 of the 5 platoons to end in the top 2 this week. Which way will the pendulum swing? And will a House of Cards be built high, or will it fall to the ground?
Dozer is taking over the Close Combat this week as we sit down to take a look at the current Fight Card. Things may change though, and we don't look into Platoon Wars. So make sure to keep your eyes out for a Bullet Punch later this week.
Pardon the tired Dozer slurring his words with this Week's Weekly RemARC. We've got King Candidates and big swings in the Platoon Wars as Nahtto and the HEart Breckerrs goes 4-0 this week. Who will come out on top? Find out now on the Weekly RemARC!
INCOMING TRANSMISSION...INTERPOL MISSION 3761. BOUNTY TARGET: SMENCE Catch the Target by any means necessary. A former Intercontinental Champion is up for grabs today. The trainer is strong in League Matches right now but has been struggling in the dARCker side of things. Best of luck on your mission.
Happy 100 episodes of RemARC with this installment of the Close Combat: Bullet Punch Edition. As this week we have a longer segment that has been augmented by the ongoing Platoon Wars. We have a tool that lets Dart make projections into where the Platoon Wars could be at the end of the week.
Dozer is sick, but that won't stop him from turning up to record this week's exciting installment of the Weekly RemARC. We've got a Title Match coming up and major implications on matches moving forward with Platoon Wars. All eyes begin to drift towards stARCade VII and the pending announcement of this year's King Candidates.
Dart's back and rustier than ever with the return of ARConomy! And this time he breaks down one of the biggest upsets ARC has seen to date! And not much else. Hey, he's still getting back into it.
Everyone was sorted into Platoons, and the battle is moving forward full speed ahead. A massive upset that shook the core of ARC has started out the Platoon Wars. Change is in the air in the Arena Revolution Championships, the only question is how much change is due to come?
New block, new host as D4RT jumps onto the mic for the first time in ages. We've got a super short and quick Bullet Punch telling you what matches are coming up this week.
Dozer and Dan tackle this episode to talk about the fall of another pillar for #TeamChaos from the Chaos Control Event Card. Abrandt is the only one left for Team Chaos, and he goes forward with multiple opportunities to face Venge in a Title Match. Looking forward, it's time for Platoon Wars! Trainers were split into teams to go forth and try to wrack up as many points to nab themselves a contender slot.
Short, Sweet, and To the Point as D0ZER sits down to record fresh from his loss over this week's highlight match. So really now, the best match is the IC Title Match of Nah vs. Yui and the Bracket Reset of Abrandt vs. Otto.
Abrandt, the King of Chaos lost to Otto, who is well on his way to becoming a King Candidate. This has left Venge without a challenger for the event card...or has it? DozerZigashi, the King of Thieves, has cashed in a title shot to try and defeat the King of Order. Will Dozer's return tip the tides towards Chaos? Or will the god of Order topple two of ARC's Kings? Who will come out on top? Find out now on, the WEEKLY REMARC!
INCOMING TRANSMISSION...INTERPOL MISSION 4875. BOUNTY TARGET: OTTO. CODENAME: OTTO? Catch the Target by any means necessary. This time we've got one of the Commissioner's Henchmen, or "ARCades" in our sights. Be careful when approaching, Otto is not to be underestimated.
This is late, like very late. Like, outdated late. And I'm sorry. This is all me. I'm going to try harder to get everything done on time. ~Dozer
Regi couldn't do Close Combat this week. So Dart wrote up some notes to do a small Close Combat, but his recording got botched due to technical issues. So Dozer grabs the notes and steps up to the mic.
Wyui, the original Intercontinental Champion has reclaimed the title they were forced to vacate cycles ago. With this they have become the undisputed Intercontinental Champion and have pushed their way into consideration for the 2018 King Candidates.
Dozer's apartment blew up, so Dan is filling in this week while Dozer pulls things back together. So enjoy the smoothest voice of the RemARC Team.
How many perfect pick rates, did EvoJanus pick? Not enough. This week's Game Corner was not kind to the Commissioner, nor many other participants. Find out how the Market Looks after a few calm weeks of good picks.
INCOMING TRANSMISSION...INTERPOL MISSION 8548. BOUNTY TARGET: WYUI2711, CODENAME: YUI. Catch this target by any means necessary. A former InterContintental Champion is on the loose. Listen for the latest intel on this week's target.
So a lot of HPs and stuff have happened so half of this episode isn't relevant. Also Yui won their match already. So there's that. Yeah, this episode editing wasn't rushed, I swear! ~Dozer
The lowest two seeds face off in the IC Contender Finals. It's Wyui, the returning veteran, vs. Hashock, the spitfire newbie. In the #1 Contender Tournament, we have an elimination round as Regi and SMence find their fates crossing yet again, and Shadow stares down a former World Champion in Otto. Who will come out on top? Find out now on THE WEEKLY REMARC!
SMence isn't around this weekend, so Dozer grabbed the microphone to fill in as his voice has recovered in time. The Game Corner has started strong with multiple trainers getting Perfect Weeks last week, and 4 trainers have their Perfect Weeks hanging in the balance of one battle that has yet to be completed.
Imprison is back with its new host, DanTheGamingMan! Taking over for Dozer, he's got the scoop on this week's bounty target, the Battle Spot Doubles Expert Cyarkos.
The tournaments continue. The newbies have to prove themselves against some veteran trainers this week for a shot at the IC Title. On the #1 Contender Tournament, we enter our 2nd round where It's the #1 Seed Cyarkos vs. the #4 seed Otto in winners side alongside the #2 Seed SMence taking on the #3 Seed Abrandt, who needs to learn that he can save a lot of IVs by just making Ubers his Mastery.
Dozer is sick so Dan is filling in as the temporary support host. It's a new cycle, so not much to talk about but there is a deep dive onto the prospects that the newbies bring to ARC.
With the return of the IV store, there were big shifts in the economy of ARC. Check out this special look into the numbers that make the Arena Revolution Championship series tick with this special episode of ARConomy.
Intro Song: Last Surprise (Instramental) - Persona 5 Cycle 7 starts with a bang. With a wave of new blood filling the roster could we see a mass upheaval of the current regime?
