This episode is a part of a series of episodes discussing my experiences with a year spent suffering in silence and how I used it to level up my life. Most know they're suffering but many suffer silently, not even aware of it. Deep inside they know it, but they're too distracted to pause and look. It comes with long term negative consequences.
