Can AI spot your health problems faster than a doctor? We all know the grind: long hours, too much stress, and that feeling of burnout that never seems to go away. Traditional medicine often just slaps a Band-Aid on the symptoms, leaving the root cause unaddressed. But what if there's a better way to get to the bottom of what's really going on with your body? Discover how AI-powered health tracking can pinpoint hidden issues like low testosterone and stress-induced glucose crashes. Learn how to use your own biometric data to have more productive conversations with your doctor. And find out what simple lifestyle changes can make a massive difference in your mental and physical well-being. Listen now to learn how to turn your health data into actionable insights. Topics Discussed: - AI and Testosterone: Garrett shares his personal journey of using an AI chat to pinpoint a potential diagnosis of hypogonadism due to head injuries, which was later confirmed by blood tests. - The Problem with Doctors: A major frustration is the lack of time doctors have to truly sift through a patient's complex history to find the root cause of issues like chronic stress or low energy. - Biohacking with Wearables: Wearable tech and continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) can reveal surprising correlations between emotional stress and physical biomarkers, like a fight with a partner causing a blood sugar spike. - The Biopsychosocial Model: The conversation highlights how physical health and mental health are inextricably linked and that physical issues can often manifest as psychological symptoms and vice versa. - Trusting Your Data: The hosts discuss the balance between trusting the data from wearables and listening to your own body's intuition, noting that the data isn't foolproof. - Quick Fixes vs. Root Causes: The discussion touches on how Western medicine often focuses on treating symptoms with quick fixes like medication, rather than addressing the underlying lifestyle factors. - The Power of Feedback Loops: Using AI and wearables creates a tighter feedback loop, allowing people to experiment with lifestyle changes and see the results faster, which helps maintain motivation. - Burnout as a Lifestyle Choice: Burnout is framed not just as a workplace issue but as a lifestyle problem driven by priorities that don't include recovery. - Behavioral Change is Hard: The hosts acknowledge that knowing what to do isn't the same as doing it, and that current behaviors often serve a purpose, even if they're unhealthy. - Data Privacy Concerns: Garrett acknowledges the risk of sharing personal health data with AI but weighs the benefit of gaining health insights against the potential for data leaks. Today's episode explores vacancy taxes, a topic that several Portland City Council members are currently discussing. Some argue the proposal can help reduce vacant properties across the city. But is it really the solution to our housing crisis, or are they simply looking at a policy that sounds promising but falls short?

THE LIE: "Money doesn't buy happiness." "Designer things are shallow." "Good women don't want luxury."THE TRUTH: I almost let these lies keep me broke and playing small. In this vulnerable episode, I'm exposing the money shame that almost destroyed my success - and the $780 velvet chair that changed everything. The raw truth about: ✗ Why I felt ashamed posting my Gucci slides ✗ The poverty programming that told me "nice things = debt" ✗ How church teachings about money kept me stuck ✗ Why I was terrified to walk into Louis Vuitton ✗ The moment I realized successful people are just... humanThe breakthrough moments: ✓ My student's $100K promotion (and why it made me cry) ✓ How that blue chair manifested a dream house in 45 days ✓ Why my $100K coach investment matters more than a house ✓ The McDonald's vs. $50 burger analogy that changes everything ✓ How money shame shows up in your body, relationships, and bank accountIf you've ever felt:Guilty for wanting nice thingsAshamed of your success or desiresConflicted about spending on yourselfLike you have to choose between spirituality and wealthThis episode will set you FREE.Support the show Stop guessing. I'm getting raw and real about something that's been on my mind - why so many women think they're not ready to sell their gifts yet, and why that's exactly backwards. I'm sharing the truth about how I create my courses like Wealthy Woman Activation Codes while I'm literally going through the transformation myself, not after I've "figured it all out."This episode is about frequency, about selling from where you are right now, and why the women who get the most incredible results aren't the ones chasing testimonials - they're the ones who feel called by the work itself. I'm literally sharing this from my bed because the energy was too good not to capture. If you've been waiting until you're "ready" to sell your gifts, or if you've been following coaches for the wrong reasons, this episode will shift everything for you. Fair warning: I'm not holding back on the language or the truth.Support the show Stop guessing. Start decoding.
This episode goes deep into how betrayal trauma lives in the body. Not just emotionally, but energetically — and how that affects your ability to trust others, trust yourself, and fully commit to what you know you need.I talk about how that fear of being taken advantage of, let down, or making the “wrong” decision is actually the thing making your body feel stuck, bloated, or like it's working against you.If you've been doing “all the right things” and still not seeing results… this might be the real reason.01:21 Understanding Betrayal Trauma02:54 Impact of Betrayal on the Body04:03 Overcoming Betrayal Trauma05:17 Conclusion and Next StepsThen this is your wake-up call. You're not lazy. You're not broken. You're just stuck in betrayal-coded energy. And I'm showing you how to decode it.Support the show Stop guessing. Start decoding.
In this episode, I'm walking you through the exact moment I realized — I was doing all the right things and still staying stuck. The stress. The bloat. The midsection that wouldn't tighten up. I was hitting that 3PM crash, skipping meals, and thinking bone broth counted as food (it doesn't).But when I let Hotmomz AI read my nervous system and tell me what to actually do? My HRV jumped from 40 to 90 in one hour. My body felt safe. I lost water retention overnight. And my midsection visibly changed — without cardio, without tracking, and without starving.I'm breaking down how it happened, why your stress levels are the REAL reason you feel stuck, and how this system knows more than any fitness coach or hormone protocol I've tried in the last 15 years. This is the stuff no one teaches: nervous system recalibration + real-time feedback that actually works. If your body feels inflamed, stuck, and tired all the time — you need this.Support the show Stop guessing. Longer days and spontaneous summer fun often lead to later bedtimes, skipped naps, and disrupted routines. For some toddlers and babies, this isn't a big deal. But for others—especially children with more sensitive sleep needs—even a few “off” days can trigger a summer sleep regression. In this episode, pediatric sleep specialist Allison Egidi explains how summer sleep schedules can either support your child's rest or lead to overtired toddlers, bedtime battles, night wakings, and early morning wakeups. You'll learn how to spot the signs of a sleep regression caused by summer schedule changes, how sleep debt builds over time, and what to do when your toddler or baby's sleep gets off track. Allison also shares personal stories from her own family—highlighting just how different two children can be when it comes to summer sleep flexibility.
