How To Have Different Types Of Orgasms Part I Participant #1: You're listening to the Sex with Dr. Jess podcast, sex and relationship advice you can use tonight. Welcome to the sex with Dr. Jess Podcast. I'm your hostess, Brandon. We're here with my lovely other half, Dr. Suggest, here to talk orgasms today and all the different types of orgasms. Brandon, how many types of orgasms do you think there are? 1010. Different. Just a random number I've thrown out. Yes. What we were going to talk about, about ten or eleven. Okay. I don't have the answer to that. I think it would be sort of infinite. There could be all not infinite. All right. Okay. Not going to be thousands of different types of orgasms. Maybe there are, though, depending on how you classify an orgasm. So we're going to be talking about them quitoral, cervical, Gspot, prostate fullbodied blended. I'm going to see how many we get to because, I don't know, there's a lot of them. So we're going to go through I also want to talk about Short Kings, because I've been watching the Sex Lives of College Girls on HBO. Max and I did this press up for Elite Daily the other day, and they were asking me to either confirm or debunk the idea that short men are better in bed. So we're going to get to all of that. But first I want to shout out Love Shop, because Love Shop has been supporting our podcast, and we share so many of our missions in common in terms of just destigmatizing sex, talking about sex, which is obviously what we are here doing. And I had mentioned last week that they sent me a whole bunch of toys. I've been using a handful of them. I don't think I talked about the mushroom last week, so it's a little also known as the Mushroom. Mushroom, mushroom, mushroom. The Mushroom. You say it wrong. I'll tell you what, I'm not going to go put a poll out on this one on Instagram because I'm going to lose. There's going to be, like, four Jamaicans who agree with me, and the rest of the people are going to agree with you. So the Mushroom is a small to medium sized wand that I was I'll be honest, I was a little bit reticent and suspect of it to begin with because it's very, very flexible. It has this really flexible head. It's quite soft and plush. But I am actually loving it again for the same reason I loved the peony from last week. Sorry, go ahead and correct me on peony. Peony. Okay. That one's hard, though. I don't know. I'm going to put the pull out on that one. So the mushroom wand email@example.com. It has a flexible head, and I'm loving it because it feels very diffused, and I like that it's kind of soft. It has some give to it. But if you want to add your own pressure as you kind of get closer to orgasm, you can. So I'm going to shout out the mushroom. I'm going to shout out the Pionee. I love the pionee. I mentioned last week that it has all these little gentle nubbins on it. And I've never, ever in my life used a product like this. So very, very cool. And then finally the Kala lily. I love the Kalalai because it's a lily with a little tonguelike device sticking out of it.

Guest: Jodi Thomas is a language pathologist and owner of Growing Voices Speech and Language Therapy based in East Valley Phoenix, AZ. Jodi Thomas has training in autism and gestalt language processing and opened her private practice to give children the 1 on 1 attention they deserve. Interview: There are two ways children develop language: analytical and gestalt. Children with autism often develop language using gestalt, and that requires using a different framework for evaluations and treatment to adequately meet their needs. Gestalt means whole. One key factor that is focused on with gestalt is echolalia. Echolalia is the repetition of another person's spoken word. Different Types of Echolalia There are three types of echolalia. The first type is immediate echolalia. With immediate echolalia the child will simply follow another person's speech. The second type is delayed echolalia. This type of echolalia tends to happen at a later time and can be produced with no communicative intent. This manner in a way a child communicates is called scripting. This means that the child is repeating words or phrases they're heard from a parent or tv show. The last type is mitigated echolalia. This is where the child will make a change in wording or intonation made by the person that is speaking to him or her. These different types of echolalia are important to appropriately use gestalt language processing to treat a child. Different Stages of Gestalt Language Processing Children who develop a gestalt way of language development learn communication phrases in chunks. In stage 1, a child will start by simply mimicking phrases they hear. During this stage, they will repetitively use the phrases they have acquired and will even attempt to copy the tone of voice the original speaker has. In stage 2, a child will start to break down the chunks of phrases they've stored. A child will begin pairing those phrases together and even start to pair them with new words. Oftentimes they will also start to mix and match different echolalia with their phrases. When a child reaches stage 3, they will use two-word combinations with singular words. This can appear like a backslide in their language because the utterances of phrases can become shorter. During stages 4, 5, and 6, a child can self-generate sentences, learn grammar, and begin to answer questions. During all the stages, it's important to validate your child's communication and help them model new phrases to build their gestalt up. During all stages, try not to ask too many questions as it may overwhelm and frustrate your child. Ways to Model New Gestalt Phrases A child first needs to learn new phrases that can be broken down when he/she reaches stage 2. Some common mitigated phrases that can help a child do this begin with the words let's, it's, and I'm. Judy Thomas has noticed that many speech therapists try to use phrases that begin with “I want,” and this phrase can cause a child to get stuck in their development. The goal is for a child to create spontaneous utterances and not just memorize phrases. The best time to help a child model new phrases is during natural child child-led play. Recap: Don't ignore your child's echolalia. This is an important part of how your child communicates by learning the meaning behind your child's use of phrases will help move development along. Model back-and-forth phrases through natural play to make learning fun for your child. Remember not to ask too many questions that may frustrate your child and cause him/her to shut down. Walk through the steps of the gestalt learning process appropriately with the help of a speech therapist. Jason and Rich discuss the recent news that someone in their area does not know who RENNIKS is. They also mention that somebody hit them up about trying out a new product, which they are excited about. However, they caution that the product is not a miracle worker. The speaker is talking about his YouTube channel, Surviving Dad Life, which is a channel about dads and outdoor cooking. He talks about how he's been taking a break from it, but he's recently started using a supplement that is supposed to help with mental alertness, energy, and memory. He's on day three of taking it and he's already noticed that he doesn't feel the need to take naps anymore. He says he's going to try it out for a while before he talks about it on his channel. The conversation is about a man named Renniks, who is a comic relief character on the podcast. They are discussing how he has become popular and how he is selling shirts with his face on them. They are also discussing how he is becoming more like a Jackass character on the show. The speakers discuss a woman who called the police because her neighbor was watering his marijuana plants and the water was running onto her property. They debate whether or not this is a valid reason to call the police. So you got 80 pounds or it might be 45 pounds. So it's 90 pounds and you do 20 meters, 20 back, set them down, and then it's a final sprint. And I think they should always keep that because it's more of a realistic combat scenario. You sprint 20 yards or 20 meters, you sprint back, then you have there's a sled that's got £90 on it, and you pull it 20 yards or meters and 20 meters back. Most of the stuff we do, we just did our physical fitness test last year, and I sand backed it and I passed it with ease. One of the events is now plank. I can't remember what time it was, but we were pulled up on the side of the road, and now we come around the corner, somebody looked up at us, and I took off running. When it comes to what you are creating, it is always exciting to offer the services and ideas that you have put into some useful things to work out for the people. This is just the beginning of all the transformations you are going to experience. When you become the decision-maker of your choices, the one who chooses the path for himself Calculating the facts and the risks that are going to come in your way, you become the decision-taker for yourself. If you have decided to work on a different idea with different enhancements and changed prices and work in a completely different way that does not resemble any other individual, and you do love and cherish it as a quality in the journey of your becoming a decision maker for yourself, you do not have to look for anybody else. As an entrepreneur, we get through this idea when targeting an audience to make an appearance. What type of program can you design inside your business? These programs are to help entrepreneurs understand people and their mindsets and to deliver what could be the next big hit. Basically, we want to create offers inside our business, and we often fit somewhere on what I call the "Profit Matrix." The chart is pretty simple to understand. We have "Low Cost, Low Effort". These are tiny offers that could be a small course for some small amount of money that you would give out to people. That is what I do all the time. We have "High Cost, Low Effort." These are the group programs that will take up a lot of space on your desk but give you a lot of freedom. It has the most leverage as you have to put the least effort into it. We have "High Cost, High Effort." You mastermind agency services, which require much effort that involves your time and delivering energy. We have "Low Cost, High Effort." You have to do a lot of task delivery, and you eventually grow to dislike your own business. We know that big things take shape in group programs. We find where we can build more leverage. We can make the most of it by giving equal attention to each and every individual, even when there are a lot of them. We are happy to hide behind the wall. We are not comfortable with showing ourselves and being the face of our words. We think of working digitally because we are scared to face the camera. You tell yourself that you are not confident enough to face it. We have different versions of ourselves and the worst part is that it makes us demotivated. We tell ourselves that we can't do things because we are doubtful of ourselves. We would never tell our loved ones that they are insufficient, so why should we do the same to ourselves? This transformation is the container that holds the version that is going to design the course. You are going to run across customers that you just flat out don't like. We're going to focus this conversations in the area of customer centric selling and also navigating the complex deal cycle and stakeholder landscape and shepherding a deal along. You said that you're trying to identify people that have a relationship first focus, and I'm paraphrasing long-term thinking as one of the key criteria for sales success. And when people talk about building business and building long term relationships as opposed to getting the most revenue as fast as humanly possible or driving revenue, that's sales. Right? But how do you do that?.I'm interested in people who can connect the dots, who can ask a series of questions of customers that will relate the technical specifications and the value of the product to the everyday workflow of the customer, right?.Let's just assume that whoever is in a hiring position within sales are looking for profiles that align with the requirements of the job. Tonight we're joined by a special guest and friend, Pieter. Pieter has worked in the seed industry for many years and tonight, we will discuss everything peppers! From the different types of peppers, seed germination tips, soil media information, transplanting tips, and so much more! We're going to even debunk some "pepper myths"! If you want expert pepper gardening tips - you found them! Different Types of Peppers Bell Pepper Bell peppers are the most commonly grown and used by home gardeners. Every bell pepper will turn to a color - depending on the variety, most green bell peppers will turn red. It depends on when you harvest them as well. Knowing when to harvest is important, with green bell peppers you'll want the fruit to be firm. You can touch it and know if your bell peppers are mature. Red, yellow, and orange bell peppers are sweeter in taste. Poblano Pepper Just like the bell pepper, you will want to harvest it once it is firm. The poblano pepper plants can get medium to large in size, they will need room to grow. Poblano peppers tend to range from 4" to 6" long once mature. Anaheim Pepper Anaheim peppers tend to be only mildly spicy in flavor but can surprise you! They're smaller in size but look similar to the poblano pepper. They can range anywhere from 6" to 10" in length at the mature stage. They are popular in Northern Africa and are mostly harvested when green. Serrano Pepper Did you know that Serrano peppers are more widely used in Mexico than Jalapenos from a culinary perspective? It has an immediate heat, you want to harvest and consume when green. Harvest between 1" to 4" in length. It is a smaller version of the well-known jalapeno variety. Habanero Pepper We're taking it up a notch with the heat! There are so many different varieties of habanero peppers. Fun tip: choose a hybrid variety - you'll get a quicker harvest! Typically, the habanero pepper will get 1" to 2.5" in length depending on the variety you grow. Harvest once the fruit is red or orange. Cayenne Pepper Their origin is from Nothern Africa. There are longer, skinnier types and thicker varieties. The most common size once harvested is between 2" to 5" in length. The scoville heat units for the cayenne are 30,000 to 50,000 units. Mainly used when making hot sauces. Rocoto Pepper Originating from South America, it's also called an "apple pepper" due to its shape and color. Rocoto peppers are not overwhelmingly hot, scoville scale puts them around 30,000 to 75,000. Extremely flavored and should be tried by everyone at least once! Peri Peri Another pepper originating from Africa, the Peri Peri registers at 300,000 scoville units. If you like a pepper with a quick, stinging bite... this is for you! Stress is the underlying reason why people are experiencing a ton of physical and mental issues today. Don't wait for it to take its toll on your health. It's time to unleash the healer within you – and that can only happen once you decide to take control of your health and your family's health too! In this conversation, Erik Cabral chats with Dr. Tim Smith, the founder of New Life Chiropractic in Rocklin, California, and author of “Unleash the Healer Within: How to Take Immediate Control of Your Health.” Tim discusses how stress can take many forms and things you can do to start living your fullest life without limits. Here are some power takeaways from today's conversation: Tim's eureka moment in business Letting go of things to make way for other important things Utilizing processes and systems Types of stress: emotional, physical, chemical Minimizing toxins that get into your body How to change the way your family eats Why cancer is fed by sugar Three main reasons people are struggling with taking care of their health How Tim embraced the F word Episode Highlights: [13:21] The Different Types of Stress Emotional stress: Especially as a business owner and entrepreneur, it's easy to get overwhelmed with stress. Whether you're taking care of your employees, hitting the business metrics, or you're handling the internal and external pressure of doing it all, stress can overwhelm you emotionally. Physical stress: Maybe you're not sleeping enough, your energy is low and you're working 12-15-hour days. You just forget to take care of your physical health. You have a poor diet and you don't exercise. Chemical stress: This includes eating processed foods packed with chemicals and toxins as well as the use of standard cleaning and personal care products that are adding a toxic burden onto your body. When all of those things accumulate, this leads to pain, mood disorders, and chronic health issues. Then everything just goes downhill from there. You can't have abundant health if you're not addressing these areas. You have to take care of your health first before you can take care of other people. [20:48] How to Change the Way Your Family Eats The first step is to learn what's in your food, where's it coming from, and whether it's a healthy source. Then ask yourself, is eating this going to give you more life, or is it going to take away from your life? Cut down on sugar, snacks, and processed foods and start looking for healthier meats, more natural meats, more organic foods, and non-GMOs. Move more towards plant-based foods, healthy fats, and quality proteins. Have a plan and guidance for how to do that. Switch your mindset from “there's nothing you can do to change your health outcomes” to “you have amazing control over what your body does.” Surround yourself with like-minded people who are going in a similar direction as you. Educate your kids on what's good and what's bad, and clearly explain to them why you predominantly eat at home, and why you take supplements or eat a certain way. Don't just restrict them without teaching them why it's important to live a certain way and why you do what you do.
