    More than 45 delegates from a wide range of organisations attended the Chief Medical Officer Network (CMON) meeting hosted by Bupa in London recently. During the two-day event, the network identified challenges and discussed opportunities, particularly around the topic of mental health. We caught up with Mairi Doyle from Bupa, and from the CMON Steve Iley from Jaguar Land Rover and Mark Davies from IBM to get their thoughts on workplace mental health and resilience. They discussed the importance of mental health initiatives in the workplace, why leaders and others within business should talk more openly about mental health and shared examples of positive mental health initiatives companies are championing to support their employees.
