Welcome back to The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast! In today's cozy solo chat, Candace shares the sweet, soulful wisdom our dogs (and even cats!) offer us when we're paying attention. From the joy of a simple walk to the magic of igniting our senses, this episode is a gentle reminder to embrace presence, light up for those we love, and find peace in the quiet seasons of life.
In this episode of How Yoga Changed My Life, Natalie and Adrienne sit down with Natalie's daughter, Chiara, for a heartfelt and insightful conversation about what it was like growing up with a mom deeply rooted in Yoga. Now living and working in Washington, D.C., Chiara opens up about the transition into adulthood—balancing remote work, postgraduate studies, and the challenge of keeping movement a consistent priority. From childhood memories on the mat to navigating independence and stress management in a fast-paced world, Ciara shares how yoga has stayed with her in surprising and meaningful ways.Send us a textWanna be on the show? Begin your walking meditation with gentle presence and intention. In this short guided preparation, you'll connect with your breath, body, and the earth beneath you. Suitable for all levels of experience.

HELLO MY SMILIES! In this episode, I'm diving deep into a concept that has completely shifted the way I manifest ~ the Universe doesn't respond to how hard you hustle ~ it responds to your energy. We're exploring the powerful difference between aligned energy and forceful effort, and why slowing down, softening, and tuning in might actually move you forward faster than pushing ever could.
Let's walk together but this time make it walking while observing every little detail of the world around us. Sounds nice, right?
Grab your airpods, go for a walk or lay down in the grass as we explore the 14 Stations of the Cross. This is an oldie but a goodie!
View all of my meditations here! In this special episode, I'm sharing a magical 10 minute meditation for clarity, peace, motivation & manifestation. I originally wrote this meditation for my Self and Soul course at the start of the year, and it's been so loved by my community that I'm releasing it as an easy~to~access episode for everyone! With powerful, inspiring words, I designed this meditation to reset your energy and realign you with your dreams. It's the perfect way to shift your day, your week, or even your entire month. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, this is for all levels ~ just take 10 minutes for yourself and let the magic begin.....After the meditation, make sure to jot down any signs, synchronicities, or feelings that pop up. That's your soul speaking to you, guiding you toward the magic that's already within. You're intuitive, it's time to trust. View my website here! Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Take a breath and step into presence with this transformative walking meditation. Whether you're wandering through a forest trail, circling your office, or simply pacing your living room, this guided practice invites you to turn ordinary movement into extraordinary mindfulness. The journey begins by establishing a conscious connection with the ground beneath your feet. Feel the surface supporting you as your breath settles your body into the present moment. As you begin moving, each inhale draws in soft, golden light while each exhale releases what no longer serves you—like petals naturally falling from a flower in full bloom. This isn't just walking—it's breathing with the earth, expanding with every step. Your senses awaken to notice the shapes, sounds, and textures around you, whether natural landscapes or familiar indoor spaces. You become not just an observer but a participant in the breathing world around you. Through gentle mantras that sync with your breath—"I receive" and "I grow"—your walk transforms into a moving meditation that grounds you deeply in the present. The practice concludes not with an ending but a continuation. Place a hand on your heart, feel the living rhythm within, and carry this spacious awareness into whatever comes next. This meditation demonstrates that mindfulness doesn't require special circumstances—just your willingness to be present in the simple act of walking. Ready to transform your next walk? Listen now and discover how your everyday movements can become your most profound meditation practice. If you are enjoying the show please subscribe, share and review! HELLO MY SMILIES! In this episode, we dive deep into The Art of Allowing ~ the powerful practice of surrendering, letting go of control, and getting out of our own way. When we learn to truly allow, we become magnets for miracles, effortlessly attracting what is meant for us.In this ep, I also explore the concept of expanding time. Lately, I've been feeling like time is moving too fast, and I've become conscious of my desire to slow it down. But here's the magic ~ when we allow ourselves space and time to simply be, that's when the signs, synchronicities, and coincidences appear to guide us forward.By shifting our perception of time and releasing the limiting belief of “I don't have enough time,” we not only create more mental space but also physical space ~ allowing room for the universe to bring us new opportunities, people, and experiences. So, ask yourself: Are you truly moving forward, or just moving?I also touch on the importance of resting before you actually need it. Rest isn't just a reward for hard work—it's a prerequisite for alignment.I close the episode with a few powerful questions for reflection:✨ Am I taking action from a place of trust, or from the fear of not having enough?✨ Who am I without the next goal?✨ What do I need to release to allow the next level to come to me with ease?✨ Where can I do less and receive more?I'm excited for you to hear how surrendering, shifting our perspective on time, and allowing ourselves to rest can open the door to more ease, flow, and abundance in our lives.Don't forget to follow, leave a review or rate if you love my podcast! Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a moment of peace, this practice will help you drop out of your busy mind and into the wisdom of your body. You don't need special equipment or hours of free time—just yourself, a willingness to be present, and a small patch of ground, indoors or outdoors. HELLO! And welcome back to the Pass Around the Smile podcast. This year, I am so focused on bringing you episodes which will have you feeling relaxed, optimistic, inspired and READY to live life to your fullest potential. I'm so excited just writing that! In this episode I share with you the ups and downs which January brought me. My new year card spread for January was so spot on. I pulled patience and perception - and boy did I need to practice patience and change my perception on certain situations, over and over! While January was chaotic, it was full of lessons, and I'm grateful that I can now share all of this with my community. I am positive that this episode will resonate in more ways than one. Something we all struggle with from time to time is having patience, not only in regards to our dreams manifesting, but with everyday life occurrences. How we react and perceive everything that is happening around us, becomes a direct reflection of what we experience. In this ep I chat about how our inner reality directly affects our outer reality and how you can use patience and perception to alter what you are experiencing. I also touch on confirmation bias. What it is and how the majority of the world experiences it! Are you looking for evidence to support your fears or limiting beliefs? It can be such a huge block when it comes to manifestation. If confirmation bias is taking over your subconscious mind, you aren't allowing yourself freedom, peace, love, happiness or success.Something I'm also passionate about, is not ‘waiting' or ‘depending' on something external to dictate your happiness. I hear a lot of, ‘I'll be happy when …. I'll feel relaxed when …' Why not allow yourself to feel these feelings now? Because you can. They are available to you. An exciting episode full of golden nuggets, I hope you love it! Please follow, subscribe, comment and join my community below!View my website here! In this dharma talk, Peter Doobinin describes the basic skill of walking meditation. As he explains, this key element of dharma practice enables us to make a transition from formal sitting meditation to being mindful in our lives. The talk is the second in a series of talks on "basic skills" that Peter offered in June 2024.

Join my 5 Day Online New Year Course, The Self & Soul Reset Here!Check out my new meditation album here! My latest journal, the Your Mindful Journal is here! This is a fun and uplifting episode where I share my own stories about a huge money shift I've recently experienced, as well as chatting with my husband Luke about a new job he manifested. I started recording this podcast on August the 1st, as I was in a completely negative headspace with money. In return, I was receiving bills, less pay - negative outcome after negative outcome. I knew I was attracting it all myself because money is just energy. Previously I have changed my relationship with money from a negative one to a positive one, so I knew I could do it again. This time, I wanted to document it for you. I then picked up recording this episode in December, after I had achieved what I wanted to! I had changed my relationship with money. I effortlessly started bringing in money in so many areas that felt exciting, passionate and EASY! And I tell you the steps I took to get there in this episode. To finish off the episode, I brought in my husband, Luke to the studio. He shares a manifestation story of his own where he chose hope instead of fear, which resulted in a job that was more perfect than he ever could have imagined. It's an inspiring story that you may want to share with your loved ones, who might not be totally convinced by the law of attraction, or maybe just need a little bit of inspiration. Luke could have easily leant into fear - instead, he took actionable steps, remained optimistic and trusted the process. Also - what are your thoughts on Luke and I recording some Children's meditations?Pass Around the Smile's Links belowView my website here! Welcome to a new offering from The Whole Paradox! This is our meditation series led by depth and somatic psychotherapist Molly Mitchell-Hardt Field. The intention of this walking meditation (< 10mins) is to arrive more fully into the body and more deeply into presence while you are out for a walk.
Trouble sitting still? Learn to practice meditating by simply walking in this practice guided by 10% Happier host Dan Harris. Scroll down for a transcript of this episode. How to Do This Practice: Begin walking. Bring your awareness to the present moment, noticing sights and sounds around you. When your mind wanders to worries or other thoughts, gently bring yourself back to what you notice around you. See if you can notice the sensations in your leg as you take each step. Continue walking this way as long as you wish. ***The Science of Happiness is committed to sharing stories and research that inspire resilience, compassion, and connection. Happy Thanksgiving! However you are choosing to celebrate this holiday, may we use this holiday as a time to focus on cultivating more gratitude in our life. Research demonstrates how being grateful improves our well-being. Take yourself and or your family on a 4 minute or longer gratitude walk. Take a picture of yourself on your walk and share it with me on Instagram @OneWade
One of the obstacles to gratitude is being too busy- and as moms- that is our universal problem. We are too busy to do the things for ourselves that we so desperately need. Which is why in today's episode, we combine two things that you need: a walk outside and some more gratitude goodness, put together in a walking meditation focused on gratitudeA walking meditation isn't necessarily about relaxing your body, although you might find that it happens naturally. It's about retraining your brain. You see, our minds have a natural instinct to focus on problems or what's missing. This meditation is designed to help you shift that focus. We're going to create and strengthen a new path in your mind—one that leads to gratitude, positivity, and hope. Think of it like walking a new trail through a forest. At first, the trail might feel overgrown and unfamiliar, but the more you walk it, the clearer and easier it becomes. And over time, your brain begins to automate that path, naturally choosing gratitude and optimism more often than negativity. So, what I hope you will do this week, is find time to go on a walk with me and practice putting your attention on things that help you- making a stronger and clearer path for peace and appreciation in your brain—step by step. Hey humans, it's Stacie Baird, and welcome back to the HX Podcast. We're in the middle of our meditation series, and today we dove into something truly special—a practice known as Loving Kindness Meditation. I get it; this might sound a little out there at first, and even Dan Harris, the guy behind 10% Happier, once thought it was hokey too. But let me tell you, there's something profoundly transformative about spreading love and kindness, even to strangers. This is a meditation you can do while you're out walking, at the gym, or wherever you find yourself. No need to sit cross-legged on a pillow for this one! This practice is simple but powerful, and I promise it can make a difference in your day. So if you missed it, be sure to go back and try it out—it's only two minutes, but it might just be the most important two minutes of your day. See you next time for part four of our mindfulness challenge! Stacie More episodes at StacieBaird.com.
I am just BEAMING with good energy writing the description for this episode. This episode is PACKED with feel good stories and magical tips to help you manifest your desires. This is another episode where I chat honestly with my community about my struggles to manifest and how I turned that around. And boy did I turn it around! To a point where I ‘accidentally' manifested TOO many exciting things into my life that I actually got completely overwhelmed. (In the best way.) After reflecting, I had come up with five points that I believe helped me gain positive momentum and manifest incredible people and opportunities into my life.I delve into the below topics and also share with you what I manifested and exactly how I did it! Self Worth Understanding my WHY Manifesting things that I wasn't ridiculously attached to. Keeping my vibration high and celebrating every win like they were an absolute huge success. Focusing on acts of serviceHope you enjoyed another feel good episode. Don't forget to leave a 5 star rating if you have time! Thank you to Piyama for sponsoring this episode.
