This is just a short update as to why I have been missing in action and to say ..I am back!!
With the rise in technology we are putting so much stress on our brains. We have the phones and all the social media and the emails and the groups we belong to and programs we might be creating and the list goes on...and all while we are doing this we are constantly being pinged with notifications and personal messages and we feel like we are being bombarded with information non stop. This is brain overload.
