While we are in the heart of our academics, it is still important to nurture the other aspects of your life. It is totally normal to feel overwhelmed and often times discouraged by your classes, but it is important to remember that there are so many more things that you have to offer as an individual.
Throughout this episode, we break down some of the major branches or aspects of SWE. We briefly touch on some of the events they put on as well as their goals.

As we get into finals season, we wanted to prioritize mental health and use the podcast to discuss it with everyone. Mental health is incredibly important and needs to be destigmatized. Make sure to check in on your friends, and just know if you are ever feeling down there are plenty of resources out there. Talk with a therapist, go to a Let's Talk session at Ohio State, talk with your friends or a mentor, and call 988 or visit 988lifeline.org for crisis resources. As we head into finals season, just know that you are capable and smart, and you can crush these finals! -Lily and Lydia
