🤔 Are people changing facts based on how they feel? How can you be professionally trapped by other people’s fear, as you do what is right?😇 Love looks to the consistency of care, ignoring small errors, while confronting errors that are known and continue without consideration for all in the long term, not short.⚰️ Judgement is meant to be righteous, and as such, you must be forgiving, and also be willing to confront someone demanding forgiveness from you as a means of permission to harm, avoid confronting the sin, or avoid confessing it as happening by saying you aren’t truly forgiving unless you “allow the sin” to take place without ever confronting it.📫 Be willing to separate if necessary, as care in confrontation will not come clear without separation.🙏🏻 Overtime, as you show grace and respectfulness from afar, people have a greater likelihood in recognizing their own faults causing the issue, and asking others to eat the fault, rather than simply allowing grace to be given to them in admitting faults that cause harm to all.🧬 Nothing good will come of participating parties who cannot maintain mutually respectful boundaries. We can break the cycle of people seeking control of one another for our own ends by offering the solution prepackaged that lifts all sails appropriately...just as Jesus got even those who wouldn't have wanted to, to share what fish and bread they had with them...so all could eat and stay in fellowship. This was practicing what he had been preaching dynamically (loving your neighbor as yourself).By reinvigorating this conversation across the board, I hope to show Jesus as the Unified Field Theory, and forge a pathway for those who have been trapped by fear (investors, companies, technologists, government, news, etc.), that if we can re-align ourselves in grace, mercy, and empathy...that many of these solutions can be brought forth with a lot more ease.Our neighbor is not our enemy, but part of our community who needs just as much care as we do. If we can care about our neighbor as ourselves...despite how they might treat us or be fearful, we may be able to cast out their fear and start a conversation that can bring technologies and cures to the surface that can help all heal. Anyone can throw trash on the ground and justify that it creates jobs.... but what if instead of working on demanding that someone else pick up our trash, that everyone was released to create something new and worthwhile, or at minimum to be less fearful, and more productive and/or profitable for all.What if we could heal society from setting the example and following/aligning the principles in a top down approach of kindness with truth, not one or the other separately?

The art of conversation is asking the right questions, including within your internal dialogue of the world around you. Are you?Why is it that despite a company relying on technology to "auto-pilot" their transactions, do the transactions "stack" in their favor?Why is it that despite automation and having Customer Relationship Management Software (CRMs) is it on the back of the customer to call out that the customer service agent should have all of that information of the past calls in front of them?Why is it that when an offer is given by phone, and a third party validates the offer on the phone and records it, does it take "pulling teeth", so to speak, to keep companies accountable to their initial offers? Why does AT&T's CEO email back, someone who sends him an idea, a legal notice?
