It's been about a 8 months since I have done any sort of military analysis on my platform because it not exactly the best mental health exercise and two and half years of posting everyday was exhausting, but times have changed. I'm getting back into it because things are escalating and the dynamics of modern warfare are changing faster than a lot of people, definitely military commanders in the Pentagon, can keep up with. Also, other conflicts are poised to pop off across the globe. There is also a fascinating lack of acceptance that warfare has been democratized against Imperial military elements like carrier strike groups and large, hard-site military bases, which can now be threatened across vast distances by relatively simple and cheap munitions. Also we really don't have those because our defense industrial base is about making money, not about force-readiness. So the pentagon is now crowd sourcing to troops for innovative ideas to regain the initiative against Iran while being actively hamstrung by Data center vulnerability in the Gulf. Its tricky. Some Americans may cheer on Iran blowing up Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Nvidia and Palantir tech targets in Saudi Arabia and other GCC states due to their massive unpopularity here at home. Some people might get ideas. The information dimensions of this conflict are uncontrollable too so check out our Colonial Outcasts live stream episode about all of this tonight at 5pm EST on YouTube or our primary Platform, Substack. The conversation continues. In Part 2, Barbie Bassett, Traci Lee, and special guest Gary Maze dive deeper into one of the most important questions every believer should ask: Is my faith anchored in Jesus Christ, or have I confused Christian culture with authentic discipleship? Together, they discuss why this distinction has eternal significance, how cultural Christianity can create a false sense of security, and what Scripture teaches about truly knowing Christ. This episode is a thoughtful challenge to examine your heart, strengthen your faith, and pursue a genuine relationship with the Savior rather than simply following religious traditions. If you've ever wondered what authentic faith really looks like, this is a conversation you won't want to miss. Produced by Daniel Anderson at Audio Alchemy Productions.

Today we start with the revelation that Nikki Glaser did not send Chad $500 for his special. Shocking I know! Cardiff did some great investigating and proved that once again Chad has made up a lie that wouldn't have made him look good even if it were true. Artie Fletcher's standup set is getting more and more bizarre. Crowd work for your DVD special isn't a good idea but local references to cater to the audience in front of you might be even worse. KC Day was a good sport putting together the Trek Off for Vinnie Paulino's consequence and he made a heart warming tribute song for us. Jerry Banfield made every mistake possible with the love of his life and he's finally ready to talk about where it all went wrong. Unfortunately he learned to stop giving us all of the details on his vlog. Good takeaway but not good for WATP. Kevin Brennan did one of the craziest things I've ever seen - he watched Adam Busch acting on a sitcom with Jon Lovitz, Danny Trejo, Cheri Oteri, etc. and decided that it proves Adam didn't get paid and that he's a failed actor. Bill Burr had Julian Casablancas, the lead singer from the Strokes on his show and he couldn't be been less prepared. It's awkward and embarrassing. Opie had Tony P cohost with him on Monday morning and shuts down any chance Tony had to promote his comedy. When Ron joins on Tuesday he tries once again to hit the goal and the reason he needs $100 this time is insane! At least four San Francisco Grocery Outlet stores have deployed SAFR facial recognition technology to identify repeat shoplifters — and privacy advocates are predictably outraged. This in a city that banned government use of facial recognition back in 2019, while simultaneously watching retailers hemorrhage thousands of dollars a day to brazen, consequence-free theft. The numbers tell the story clearly: a nearby Safeway was losing an estimated $7,000 per day to shoplifting before corporate pulled the plug. One documented offender had 77 known incidents on record. When the stores close, the neighborhood loses its grocery access — but the critics are busy worrying about camera databases. San Francisco's soft-on-crime political culture created this crisis; facial recognition is what fills the vacuum when the will to prosecute simply isn't there. The legal picture is complicated but revealing. Private businesses can still deploy this technology even after SF's 2019 public-sector ban. The EFF has raised misidentification concerns. The SAFR president has pushed back on fears about ICE data-sharing. It's a genuine debate — but it only exists because Sacramento and City Hall spent years refusing to enforce the law. Corporate fights back with cameras because city government checked out a long time ago.CHAPTERS0:00 San Francisco Grocery Outlets Deploy…1:44 SF Grocers Deploy Facial Recognition…2:15 Grocery Outlet Deploys Facial…3:08 We Already Have No Privacy Anywhere3:47 SF Grocery Outlets Build Shoplifter…4:30 Repeat Shoplifter Had 77 Known Incidents5:58 Can Stores Legally Ban Known Shoplifters6:44 SAFR on Data Sharing With Law…7:15 Facial Recognition Misidentifies Black…8:09 Security Cameras Already Dominate…10:10 Soft-on-Crime Laws Leave Stores…12:06 What Happens After Facial Recognition…13:01 Defund the Police Made Shoplifting Worse14:32 Is Crime Finally Trending Down in SFSubscribe to @reasonablenews for daily commentary on Pacific Northwest politics and national stories the mainstream media won't tell you straight.#NFRP #SanFrancisco #FacialRecognitionGO PREMIUM WITH REASONABLE+ FOR UNCENSORED ACCESS

In this episode of Autism & the Structure of Reality, we explore how every thought, habit, value, and repeated choice shapes the person we become from Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Dostoevsky, psychology, neuroscience, and the teachings of Jesus. We examine how families, culture, institutions, and the crowd plant seeds that quietly shape our lives. The Parable of the Weeds reveals both good and evil begin as small seeds while temptation offers immediate rewards but conceals the destination. Today should have been a victory for border security as Temporary Protected Status expired for hundreds of thousands of Haitians. Instead, the Trump administration announced that it is speeding up asylum processing. We want less immigration. Here's why: An Islamist terror attack at a Berlin Pride event killed one, and it was carried out by a man whose family immigrated to the country. The attack exposes a contradiction many politicians refuse to acknowledge: The same activists championing open borders are now confronting violence from an ideology that rejects their values. Donald Trump proved once again he's the funniest president we've ever had. One joke sent CNN and the outrage machine into overdrive. The Left's outrage over Dylan Mulvaney exposes what I see as the biggest hypocrisy in its gender ideology. Seattle's latest shooting is exposing the insanity of modern democratic socialism. Mayor Katie Wilson deactivated city security cameras because she's worried about immigration enforcement. Now it's ordinary Americans who end up living with the consequences. In Mark 3:7–19, Jesus is surrounded by a great crowd, confronted by unclean spirits, and followed by disciples. Yet not everyone near Christ stands in the same relationship to Him. The crowds seek His help. The demons confess His identity. The disciples answer His call. The Twelve are appointed to be with Him and to be sent out to preach. Judas, however, remains outwardly near Christ while inwardly false. This passage reveals Jesus as far more than a popular teacher or compassionate healer. He is the sovereign Son of God, the conqueror of Satan, the greater Moses, and the King who gathers the new covenant people around Himself. The sermon considers three central truths: The needy crowd pressing toward Christ The sovereign Christ calling whom He wills The appointed Twelve, with Him and sent by Him The passage warns us that curiosity is not conversion, doctrinal knowledge is not saving faith, and outward nearness to the church is not the same as union with Christ. It also comforts believers with the truth that salvation begins with Christ's gracious call and that His church rests upon His sovereign faithfulness. The great question is not merely whether we have heard about Christ, studied Christ, or stood among Christ's people. The question is whether we have truly come to Him in repentance and faith.

Trump heads to Marietta for a full victory lap rally that somehow covers the Trump savings accounts, drug pricing negotiations with Emmanuel Macron, a Dover Air Force Base tribute, and a very enthusiastic case against communism, all with the Atlanta Braves' CEO and Hall of Fame manager making a cameo. Expect a parade of Georgia candidates getting the full endorsement treatment, several families sharing their Trump account success stories, and some genuinely emotional moments honoring a fallen service member's family. Between the economic stats and tax cut math, there's a story about a $1,400 versus $87 prescription drug that gets Trump fairly worked up, plus a pointed warning about the filibuster and what happens if Democrats get their way in the Senate. It's rally energy through and through, part campaign stop, part economic report card, part standup set, with the crowd along for every bit of it.

https://teachhoops.com/ Soccer Fans Waited 106 Minutes for One Goal. You Can't Handle a 45 Second Possession? Spain just won the World Cup 1-0 with the only goal coming in the 106th minute, and over a billion people called it a masterpiece. Meanwhile, if a high school team holds the ball for 45 seconds, the gym loses its mind and the shot clock debate explodes all over again. In this episode, Coach Collins uses the biggest sporting event on the planet to take a hard, honest look at the shot clock argument: what the critics get wrong, what they get right, why tempo control is a strategy and not a crime, and how to actually coach late clock situations whether your state has a clock or not. If you coach at a school that doesn't reload with talent every year, this one is for you. The World Cup final was two hours of patience, tension, and one moment of quality. Nobody demanded soccer speed up. Basketball gets no such grace. Coach breaks down why the stall is strategy, why the shot clock rewards rosters more than coaching, why the clock is coming anyway, and the specific skills coaches need to teach to win with one. 00:00 | Cold Open: The Most Watched 1-0 Game in History Spain 1, Argentina 0. Scoreless through 90 minutes. Ferran Torres finally scores in the 106th minute of extra time. Argentina finishes the World Cup final with zero shots on goal. And the world called it beautiful. Set the hook: why does soccer get celebrated for patience while basketball gets crucified for it? 05:30 | The Double Standard Scarcity creates drama. Tension creates drama. Soccer fans understand that every scoring chance matters BECAUSE scoring is rare. Basketball somewhere decided more shots equals better basketball. Push back on that. More shots just equals more shots. 11:00 | What the Stall Actually Is (A Coach's Defense of Tempo) Personal stories from 30 years at Memorial. Times I held the ball. Times it was held on me. Why slowing the game down is the great equalizer for the shorter team, the undermanned team, the school without the AAU pipeline. Strategy, not cowardice. 19:00 | The Uncomfortable Truth About Who the Shot Clock Helps The clock does not reward good coaching. It rewards good rosters. Walk through it honestly: force a shot every 35 seconds and the more talented team wins more often, period. If you coach at a have-not program, the clock takes a weapon out of your hands. 26:00 | The Other Side of the Argument (Being Fair About It) Steelman the pro clock case. Players want to play the way they watch. Every level above high school uses one. Recruiting and player development arguments. End of game farming and intentional fouling ugliness that the clock genuinely cleans up. Acknowledge what's real here. 33:00 | The Clock Is Coming. Now What? The debate is basically over in most states, so stop fighting yesterday's war. The coaches who win with a shot clock are the ones who start TEACHING it. Late clock offense sets. Time and score situations as a daily drill, not a February surprise. Defending the last 8 seconds of the clock. Turning the clock into YOUR weapon. 41:00 | Practice Ideas This Week Three specific things to install: a 10 seconds left "get a good one" action, a scripted possession value drill where turnovers cost double, and a defensive late clock scramble drill. Keep it concrete so coaches leave with homework. 47:00 | The Real Lesson From Sunday The final wasn't great because of shot volume. It was great because two teams executed under pressure for two hours and one moment of quality decided it. That's the standard with or without a clock: value the ball, treat every possession like currency, patience is a weapon and panic is a choice. 50:00 | Wrap Up and CTA "Spain didn't score for 105 minutes and won the whole thing. Your team can survive a 58 second possession." "The shot clock doesn't reward good coaching. It rewards good rosters." "Scarcity creates drama. When scoring is hard, every possession means something." "The coaches who win with a shot clock are the ones who stop complaining about it and start teaching it." Tempo control is strategy, and it's the underdog's best weapon. The shot clock helps talented rosters more than it helps good coaches. The pro clock arguments are real too: player development, cleaner endings, alignment with every higher level. The debate is ending, so shift your energy from arguing to installing late clock offense and defense. Every possession is currency. Teach it that way in practice, every day. Acts 18:12–17 The church cannot control public opinion. This text explores misunderstanding, resistance, and what it means to remain grounded when faithfulness becomes uncomfortable or costly.
Jesus doesn't just have compassion on others, he discovers motives for his compassion. Understanding others is an essential ingredient in loving them. This takes humility, patience, and the rejection of an evil, critical spirit.

In Part Two, Mandy begins the episode reflecting on how Greg Parker's scorched-earth legal campaign was supposed to scare her into silence and instead flipped a switch. And Liz Farrell breaks down Parker's desperate venue transfer motion, which weaponizes LUNASHARK's own Crowd the Courthouse 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 posts as evidence of jury contamination. Then we roll the tape: Debbie B. Barbier's closing argument, Judge Kelly's bench remarks, and the moment the courtroom turned.
