What’s up you guys!!! I’m back from a month long break, and during that break I’ve been getting a lot of random insights from within myself, so I thought that I should elaborate on some of those insights this month :). At the end of the primary part of this episode, I’m explaining a certain point that I’ve made within the primary part because I didn’t really go into too much detail about it :/ but it explains it. Setting boundaries has been a really complicated process for me over the years and it involved me stripping certain thought processes and beliefs that has made it difficult for me to know when and how to utilize/process them. But over the past few months, and slowly over the past few years, it has gotten a lot more clearer, easier, and identifiable for me. So... yeah, I hope that this episode helps in some way :) Recorded: Jan 27th, 2021 Fri For Thought
