I am saddened to announced that Russia has invaded Ukraine this morning February 24, 2022. This is a sad day in the world. Imagine to be bombed at this present of serious time while through a pandemic, for over three years. The people of Ukraine is currently in a frenzy, they are trying to escape but they are not sure where to go to. Russia is trying to over take Ukraine. At this present time they are only attacking the soldiers and are asking for their surrender. The U.S President Mr. Biden is furious about what has happened. The world leaders are now trying to determine how to deal with Mr. Putin because he blatantly went against the Law of the world and their leaders. China's President is blaming the U.S for throwing flame in the fire. At this present time gas , food, gold and other imports has skyrocketed. This has not happened since 2014. I am sorry to say that the whole world including Europe will be affected by this animalistic attack. Healthy Living and Healthy eating goes hand in hand. If you are trying to live a healthy life, you will have to eat healthy and exercise daily. It is so easy to just grab a quick cheap meal outside but sometimes it is better to cook these meals at home because you will have total control of what is being put in it. We have to stay away from fatty meats, processed meats, salts, sugars etc. We have to start substituting our seasonings with herbs and organic seasonings. If we practice this way of cooking we will lose weight and become healthy or it will put us on a path to a healthier life. Also we have to start working out, walking, cycling what have you , at least 4 times a week to keep an active lifestyle. This will help will weight loss and a healthier heart and cuts down the risk of diabetes.
