Episode 2229 (RR) –  The Goin' Deep Show hits with Episode 800 from March 2011, and it's a glorious mess of bodily functions, beer, and bad decisions. The Kid's leading the charge with JMac, Magnum, and Dimples McDonna, and they're celebrating 800 episodes of depravity by shedding a collective 59 pounds since January—enough to lose a small child or, as they claim, G-Dub's dick. New shirts have them feeling vain as hell, but the real meat of this milestone is pure GDS chaos. The Kid kicks it off with a tale of accidental porn terrorism: firing up Xshare.com on his iPad for a beat-off sesh, only to realize the audio's blasting through the house speakers—right where his daughter's watching TV. Birds chirping? Nope, just a chick getting railed, serenading the living room. Meanwhile, Dimples drops the mic with her infamous “shitting on the way home from Meijer” saga—groceries in the trunk, tears in her eyes, and so much creamy crap it oozes out her jeans, leaving her sobbing in the shower and scrubbing car seats. J-Mac's no slouch either, tied to an Urban Dictionary gem: banging a girl, scraping shit into a snowball, and hurling it in her face. Classy. Magnum revives the Urban Dictionary bit, dubbing The Kid a suave pimp, Dimples a heart-stopping goddess, and herself a no-shit-taking badass. Then there's a surprise call to Bob, who relives J-Mac's legendary overpass shitting story—phone glowing blue as it tumbles down, shit on his hands, and a Hooters prelude for good measure. Beer flows ( mini-kegs!), potty humor reigns, and this 800th episode proves GDS hasn't matured a damn bit since day one.  LIsten in - Go Deep! Original Release Date: March 8, 2011 - Episode 800

Today, your audience is more aware than ever before of injustices impacting our world. They're eager to help, but unsure of the best way to make a difference. As a nonprofit leader, it's your job to channel their passion into action. How? By sharing your story—and making it easy for others to amplify it.On Future Nonprofit, we often explore how to improve the way your organization operates. But without a strong growth strategy that amplifies your story, even the most noble nonprofit is like a sports car without gas in the tank—it's got amazing potential, but it can't go far.The good news: Tools like social media and crowdfunding platforms present your nonprofit with an unprecedented opportunity to expand your reach and broadcast your message. The challenge: All the freedom these tools offer can feel overwhelming. And with countless others vying for attention online, how can you make your message and your cause cut through all the noise? In this special episode, I'm sitting down with not one, but four guests to answer this key question. First, Krista Lamp—Senior Director of Nonprofit Communications at GoFundMe—gives us the inside scoop on what, why, and how modern audiences are supporting causes they care about. After that, three leading voices in the nonprofit space—Jared Walker of Dollar For, Mike McDonald of BibleProject, and Nate Rittenhouse of OneHope—offer hard-earned insights shaped by their distinct experiences in inspiring their audiences to action. In this conversation, you'll learn what “impact creators” are and why they often have more actual influence than “influencers,” how you can empower trusted online voices to mobilize their communities for your cause, one large mistake that's causing nonprofits to miss out on a ton of potential support, and much more.If you've been looking for ways to accelerate your growth without sacrificing authenticity, this one is for you.Want our key takeaways from this conversation? Tom opened up the show by admitting he has—again—forgotten his notes. Not to worry, as the conversation quickly turned to Tesla's marketplace woes, including declining U.S. sales, and reports of a Cybertruck “stop sale,” ordered by the company, coming as a result of body parts falling off of the truck at speed. Jill reviewed the 2025 Toyota Sienna minivan, which has been freshened for the model year, and is offered in a new “woodsy” trim level. In the second segment, the hosts welcome Jeff Allwine of Coco Mats to the show. Jeff walked Jill and Tom through the company's history. Coco Mats produces premium floor mats for all makes and models, but caters especially to classic cars including vintage Porsche 911s, and Mercedes-Benz models. In the last segment Jill is subjected to Tom's “Which is Premiumer?” quiz.

For a movie whose tagline is "Everybody dies. And that's F#$*ed up.", is it cynical? Or, is a little heart tossed in with this horror comedy? Also, and perhaps most importantly... is it funny? Tune in to find out!Topics:(PATREON EXCLUSIVE) 28-minutes discussing Longlegs, Osgood Perkins' 2024 satanic-panic horror-thriller cop drama, and ponder how it stands with his other films, if it exceeded the hype, and how Melvin compares it to The Blackcoat's Daughter, one of his favorite movies. (PATREON EXCLUSIVE)It's premise is simple, and it's idea is absurd, lending itself to an easily digest horror/comedy.Everything in the film is in service of jokes. The industry is timid around horror/comedy films, but a film with a reasonable budget offers a lot of opportunity. This is Osgood Perkins' first movie with a male-led cast, and the two explore his representation of gender across his filmography.Chuckling over silly deaths.Amidst all the comedy, Osgood Perkins' still makes sure to add a level of heart the film needs to give it decent pacing, both in its metatext as he processes grief and literally as the film showcases a throughline regarding generational trauma.Talking about the ending, and how you can read into the drama if you want.Recommendations:The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams (2010) (Book)@Niall.Breen.Comics (Instagram) Support the showSupport on Patreon for Unique Perks! March 24th, March 31st, April 7th - 5-7pm PT - sign up here! In this episode, Sarah and Jane preview their upcoming class Empowered Intuition ~ sharing a high level overview of many of the topics that will be explored in the class later this month. Sarah leads as they give a mini lesson in energetic boundaries, using imagination as a way to decipher energy, the importance of raising our vibration, and looking for evidence to validate our intuition! When we can trust our inner voice, we become more empowered.  It is important to be able to feel  safe in a chaotic world, so the role of energy calibration is a skill Jane and Sarah want everyone to have! Understanding the “clair” senses and which ones are your super powers, is a really fun topic they delve into.  Learning how to access our intuition is such a meaningfully fun way to journey into knowing ourselves more fully! How do we know that what we are sensing is real?  That's where mediumship comes in!  When you have a sitter, all the pops of imagery and sensed energy that feel like imagination can be validated!  For some people, sensing energy is really easy but figuring out how to feel safe when you're so sensitive is when it's important to know how to create energetic boundaries.  And for other people, It is really hard to get out of the thinking mind and into the intuitive body which is where playing with the imagination and surrender is helpful.  Everyone can learn how to sense energy when you have the tools and know how to practice it! And there's no better time than now when the energy is big and wild. Takeaways Honing intuition is essential for self-trust. Feeling safe is crucial for personal growth. Understanding energy helps in navigating life. Imagination plays a key role in intuition. Trusting your inner voice leads to empowerment. Creating energetic boundaries is vital for well-being. Intuition can be cultivated through practice. Self-awareness enhances intuitive abilities. Energy follows thought, impacting our reality. Engaging with nature helps calibrate our energy. Vibrations are crucial in determining the quality of our lives. Raising your vibration helps connect with higher consciousness. Understanding vibrations is key to effective manifestation. Self-discovery involves questioning our relationship with spirituality. We are all unique, and our perspectives are intentional. Curiosity and playfulness enhance our learning experiences. You are a conduit for divine wisdom and guidance. Spirit guides us through a curriculum of learning. “Clair” senses can be developed and exercised. Community and validation are essential in the journey of intuitive work.   Sound Bites "Intuition gives you that home." "The opposite of fear is faith." "Energy follows thought." "Spirit puts us on a curriculum." ----- Empowered Intuition Course Support the Podcast and check out Patreon and please please please, download the podcast when you listen. “When you see horrible things happen to innocent people, you can choose one of two paths. You can either go a route of bitterness and hatred and perpetuate a problem, or you can think—does this have to be like this?” - Thomas KeownWho is best equipped to drive lasting change for people facing challenging circumstances? Our latest guest on Future Nonprofit, Thomas Keown, has discovered a powerful answer to this question—and it's one you may not be expecting.Thomas grew up in Northern Ireland during a 30-year conflict known as The Troubles. For decades, all his community knew was war, fighting, and hate. But over time, Thomas came to realize that although injustices can transcend generations, so too can healing and hope. After going back to help the youth of his homeland as an adult, it became crystal clear to Thomas what kind of people are capable of making the most profound impact on world crises—the people who have made it out of those very crises.Today, Thomas is the founder and CEO of Many Hopes, a nonprofit that empowers children to overcome injustice and then equips them with the tools they need to help others do the same. Some of the children supported by Many Hopes go on to become lawyers fighting the very injustice they experienced and doctors providing the care they couldn't receive—each one living proof of the power of survivor-driven change. In this special episode from our Camp Redwood series, you'll discover what it takes to inspire support for causes that may be out of sight and out of mind, why Thomas's decision to return funds to some of his donors led to a surprising increase in giving, how a nonprofit closing its doors can actually be the ultimate success story, and so much more.If you're looking to learn from a nonprofit that has mastered the art of building trust with their donors, their local outreach partners, and the people they serve, this episode is for you.Mentioned in this episode:Presented by ClassyAre you a nonprofit feeling the pressure of constant change and evolving supporter expectations?
