On this episode Deidre and Austin are joined by Jordan Guyer. The group chats about the 2024 CrossFit Games and then dives into Jordan's background. Jordan is a faithful 5am'r. Early on the gym jokingly said that Jordan was AJ 2.0 ever since AJ moved away right before Jordan moved in. Like AJ, Jordan is over 6'0 tall, going to be a Physical Therapist and also has amazing fitness.

Peyton is an NCAA All-American. He competed for the Iowa Hawkeyes on the track and field team as a Heptathlete. He has set records for the Hawkeyes and shares his ups and downs as an athlete throughout his impressive career! With such a diverse skillset in track and field it was a no brainer that he was going to translate some of that skill from the track to the CrossFit gym and turn some heads in the Kilo 2 community.

Jacob Lensing is one of those guys you don't come across all that often. He is a 4th year dental student at Iowa. He is an Iron Man finisher, an ultra marathon finisher, a TRIPLE IRON MAN finisher. A former collegiate swimmer. Those are just some of his physical accomplishments.
