In gut einer Woche könnte sich Erfurt in eine regelrechte Protest- und Kontrollzone verwandeln. Am 4. und 5. Juli hält die AfD ihren Bundesparteitag in der thüringischen Landeshauptstadt ab. Genau diese Veranstaltung will ein Bündnis aus linksradikalen Gruppen und Vertretern der sogenannten Zivilgesellschaft verhindern. Dafür wird aus ganz Deutschland nach Thüringen mobilisiert. Die Anreise von Demonstranten soll teilweise auch durch Gliederungen der Gewerkschaft ver.di mitfinanziert werden.
