I will tell you how I came face to face with one of my biggest limiting beliefs that has been dictating a lot of the narratives in my life. As May is Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to normalise these conversations around mental health and how different they look for everyone and also what a seemingly perfectly normal functioning person might be going through internally.
