    Vasa Previa, Placenta Previa and Postpartum with Melissa Mor

    Melissa shares her experience of having "Placentia Previa" with her first baby and some natural things she did to help her placenta move while she was pregnant. She also shares how she went on to have “Vasa Previa” with her second baby. This is a rare condition where the fetal umbilical cord blood vessels run across or very close to the internal opening of the cervix. She'll tell her story and how it was medically necessary to have a cesarean with her second baby versus the "intervention free" birth she had hoped for.     Normalizing Postpartum Baby Blues and Anxiety with Stacey Green

    Stacey thought she had prepared for life after birth. Looking back, she discovered that she was prepared for the birth of her baby girl. However, she didn't realize what a whirlwind postpartum would be for her. She found herself feeling anxious the first few weeks after birth. Whether it was anxiety about changing her daughter's diaper or figuring out where her baby would sleep, Stacey found herself worrying about doing everything "right". Over time, Stacey learned how to give herself grace throughout postpartum. She began to embrace the unknown and find peace in the chaos.  In this episode, you'll hear how Stacey handled visitors after birth, how she leaned on her partner for support throughout, and how she transitioned to heading back to work while pumping and breastfeeding.
