In this episode, Professor AG talks about a spontaneous trip to Jamaica that felt deeply guided and anything but random. She reflects on what it means to finally experience the fruits of choosing the hard thing, especially when an older version of herself would have avoided the discomfort, and reminds us that if we are not seeing the payoff yet, it is still unfolding. She explores how our higher self is always communicating with us and how presence is the key to hearing it. It's a reminder to trust the guidance you're receiving and move with life instead of against it. Links from this episode -Daily somatic classes to regulate your nervous system.  Start your FREE trial today.-The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron-Five-star weekend byEllen Hildebrand-Hotel Nantucket by Ellen Hildebrand-My favorite cacao / Another Fave / And Another  Timestamps 00:00 Embracing Change and New Beginnings08:30 Navigating Life's Unexpected Twists17:02 Celebrating Life and Personal Growth21:30 The Dance of Manifestation26:27 The Power of Travel and Novelty32:38 Balancing Structure and FreedomKeywords: spiritual awakening, intuition, manifestation, Jamaica trip, personal growth, somatic healing, dance therapy, cosmic energy, authenticity, life transformationWhat is AGU? After launching an energy work practice rooted in the Akashic Records, AG uncovered so much information that she needs the world to hear! In this brand new episode of Women & Wellbeing, Natalie is joined by beauty journalist, broadcaster and podcast host Ateh Jewel for a powerful and deeply honest conversation about identity, reinvention and choosing not to make yourself smaller for anyone. Ateh reflects on her 25-year career in beauty journalism — an industry built on visibility — and shares how learning to lean into authenticity, step away from performance and own her voice has been central to both her professional longevity and personal wellbeing. She talks openly about navigating divorce after a 26-year marriage, and how that period of upheaval became a turning point rather than an ending. Ateh speaks about launching Ateh Jewel Beauty during one of the most challenging chapters of her life — choosing creation over contraction, and courage over fear. The conversation explores what it means to step fully into your power in midlife: financially, creatively and emotionally. From unlearning the instinct to dim your sparkle to suit others, to embracing visibility without apology, this episode centres on self-trust and self-belief. The pair also reflect on the challenges of motherhood, and the lessons Ateh continues to learn from her twin daughters — about honesty, resilience and the importance of living as your full self. Discussion points within the conversation include: – Divorce as a catalyst for growth – Launching a brand during personal change – Stepping into your power and owning your voice – Authenticity and refusing to dim your sparkle – Learning life lessons from your children – Redefining wellbeing through truth and self-trust This episode is a powerful reminder that authenticity is not something you find — it's something you return to. Today you are listening to the conversation with Priscilla Zamora Politis. Priscilla is a global leadership mentor, speaker, and social entrepreneur working at the intersection of conscious leadership work and life transitions and community. With over 15 years of international experience, she has supported leaders, organizations and networks across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East to navigate change with clarity, humanity, and inner alignment. Priscilla is a LinkedIn Top voice, a UAE Golden Visa holder as a content creator, and now she's creating Beyond work a platform exploring new paradigms of leaderships work and life beyond hustle. Her work is deeply inspired by the community living in the inner development goals. Both expresses being an Emerge lakefront alumni and has the belief that meaningful work should expand life, not consume it. My name is Erno Hannink and I share my knowledge, experience, and insights with you. I coach entrepreneurs so they can make decisions that will help them grow their impact. This was a very inspirational conversation and I was very curious to learn about what you was doing today. Let's get started. Hello and welcome to this new podcast episode. Today I'm talking to Priscilla Zamora. Welcome, Priscilla. [00:01:41] Priscilla Zamora: Thank you so much for having me. [00:01:43] Erno Hannink: Yeah, and I'm wondering, 'cause we met on a conversation where we talked about, well the common topic was about, the transition of the. Systems of inner development goals that the foundation and all the, everything around that. And you explained to me in a later conversation that you are now living in Dubai. How did you get to Dubai? Because you're not coming from Dubai. [00:02:11] Priscilla Zamora: no. Yeah, I mean, today I'm living between three continents. I do have, I'm originally from Chile, so I have a lot of projects in my family. My networks are most of them in Latin America still. And on 2025 I find out about this community called Emerge Lakefront, which is very related to the inner development goals. And I stayed there for five months. but I've been related to the IDGs for almost three years when I co-founded with two other friends, the first half in Teale regarding to that, and I've been in Dubai a couple of times before, but it wasn't until January of this year that I came for like a personal development conference. And I was supposed to be here for a week, which ended up being three months. And it actually ended up, getting a. Residency and, coming to live here and having a base related to, I think that environments that support entrepreneurship in a fast paced environment. I don't think that there's a place in the world today like Dubai and also regarding too many biases that people may have. There is a lot of personal development, inner work and transformational changes, structural changes happening here to a lot of the conversations. So I love to have that mix. A little bit of Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. [00:03:33] Erno Hannink: And, you were going there for a self development project. It's probably not a project, but what ignited that? What started that [00:03:43] Priscilla Zamora: there? Well, I think that in the personal development slash spiritual path, however, one wants to call it, 'cause for me, are very related. You find different authors, networks, platforms. Experiences and for me, one that helped me a lot in the last, I would say five, seven years has been Mindvalley, which is a platform for personal development, but also has different approaches on business, physical health and mindfulness. And they had this conference called Future Human in January on 2025. And that was the reason on, I don't know, I think six months before on 2024 when I just read it, I was like, I have to be there. I don't know how I'm gonna get to Dubai and be there in January. But it was like I, I always have this expression of when something pulls you, like you read something and it's like, oh, I have to be there. That happened to me with Future Human and Little, I know that was going to be like a series of react, a chain reaction on many things that will happen in my life. It was the same how I read about lakefront on LinkedIn. It was the same, like I had to be there. I'm trying to lead my life now that way, like following a little bit of calling intuition, something that is not always intellectual. we can go a little bit more on that, but, that's how I gotta Dubai and that's how, why I'm here. [00:05:10] Erno Hannink: Okay, so the title piques my interest, right? So Future Human. What did you learn there? [00:05:20] Priscilla Zamora: It's been, I think that as many people maybe I developed my life very related to academic achievement, societal expectation.

UPDATE: I have decided to start anew on Instagram. Follow me @thepaulsalter for your daily dose of high-performance wisdom, insights, and actions. In this episode, I sit down with Scott Fawcett for our third conversation—and this one goes far beyond strategy charts and strokes gained. We dig into what actually separates golfers who want to play good golf from those who are genuinely committed to winning. Scott shares unfiltered insights from working with elite players, his own experiences chasing professional golf, and the uncomfortable psychological traits that show up at the highest levels of performance. We explore obsession, selfishness, loving nerves, emotional regulation, meditation, and the hard truth that elite success often requires becoming someone most people are unwilling—or unable—to be. This conversation also weaves into life, parenting, money, identity, and how meditation and awareness prepare you for the inevitable storms both on and off the course. This is a raw, wide-ranging discussion about excellence, suffering, fulfillment, and what it really costs to pursue greatness. In this episode, you'll learn: The real mental difference between wanting to play well and being committed to winning Why elite golfers fall in love with monotony and repetition How "loving nerves" becomes a competitive advantage Why being "too nice" can quietly cap your potential How meditation builds emotional regulation under pressure Why reframing thoughts—not eliminating them—is the real work How defining success incorrectly sabotages long-term fulfillment Get your pencils ready and start listening.  P.S. Wanting to eliminate nerves is a losing strategy; learning to love them is essential. Being nice and being kind are not the same—and niceness often limits success. Winning requires emotional regulation, not emotional suppression. Thoughts only gain power when you attach to them and rehearse them. Meditation trains awareness that transfers directly into performance under pressure. Fulfillment comes from meaningful pursuit, not chasing pleasure or avoiding discomfort. Key Quotes: "Elite players don't try to get rid of nerves—they learn to love them." "You can't force yourself to be ruthless if it's not how you're wired." "Thoughts are just thoughts until you give them power." "If you don't meditate, you're probably meditating—just on the wrong things." "Winning isn't about outcomes; it's about getting one percent better every day." "Life is messy—and if it's not messy, it's lonely." "You're not the thinker of your thoughts; you're the observer of them." In this episode, we're joined by Andrew Genovese, dimensional breathwork guide, inner child + shadow work teacher, and a fierce advocate for inner sovereignty and soul reclamation — for a grounded, no-BS conversation about what spirituality actually is (and what it definitely isn't). Andrew shares his personal hero's journey…from years of nomadic travel and existential dread, to a full-blown awakening catalyzed by loss, collapse, and deep surrender. He walks us through the real mechanics of transformation: nervous system capacity, embodiment, and the willingness to face your own darkness instead of hiding behind slogans. We go straight at the modern “spiritual scene” — the robes, the persona, the Love & Light bypassing and why real awakening doesn't look like anything…except becoming radically, unapologetically yourself. If you've ever felt allergic to the performance of spirituality and hungry for something with substance, this episode is your compass.Time Stamps(00:00) Episode Teaser(00:37) Opening Conversation(01:13) Exclusive Membership Announcements(03:34) Andrew Genovese's Hero's Journey(09:10) His Defining Psychedelic Experience(15:21) Reflecting on Childhood and Family Dynamics(28:47) What Is Spiritual Awakening Really?(38:18) The Illusion of Perfection(45:36) Living with an Open Heart & Navigating Life's Challenges(01:00:19) The Role of Nervous System in Personal Growth(01:06:30) True Leadership and Authenticity(01:11:05) Understanding Personality and Birth Cards(01:13:33) The Concept of Downloading Codes(01:15:55) Questioning Spiritual Language and Authenticity(01:25:56) Dimensional Breath Work and Personal Growth(01:36:44) The Hero's Journey and Self-EsteemGuest Linkshttps://www.andrewgenovesehealing.com/ https://www.instagram.com/breathehealevolve/ Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links

What does it look like to grow up in a snow-covered Buffalo neighborhood, raised by a single mother and grandmother, and go on to lead joint communications missions across the globe? In this Veteran Museum interview, Ryan Williams Sr. shares the story of my 20-year journey in the U.S. Air Force—from humble beginnings to building a career in cybersecurity. You'll hear how Ryan went from programming VCRs for his family to becoming the go-to tech guy in his military unit. Ryan talks candidly about early struggles with college, the financial pressures that led him to enlist, and how basic training at Lackland AFB taught him discipline Ryan didn't know he had. We'll go deep into Ryan's technical training at Keesler AFB, deployment to Iraq with a tactical air control squadron, and what it was like building networks in the middle of a warzone. Ryan reflects on family life while stationed in places like Idaho, Alaska, Virginia, and Florida—and how he and his wife navigated raising three kids while constantly relocating. One of the most pivotal chapters of Ryan's career came when he joined the Joint Communication Support Element (JCSE). As part of a highly elite, tech-forward joint unit, Ryan supported missions in Germany, Sicily, Morocco, and Israel. It was the global, hands-on experience Ryan had dreamed of when he first enlisted. Today, Ryan is a cybersecurity and resiliency risk leader, but his mission hasn't stopped. Through podcasting and mentorship, Ryan is helping others break into cybersecurity and find their path—especially fellow veterans and career changers. Because Ryan truly believes cybersecurity is national security. If you're navigating a transition—into tech, out of uniform, or into leadership—this story is for you.

This conversation is for anyone who feels like life keeps getting in the way of their health goals and is tempted to check out entirely because they can't do things "right." We also share how the foundational principles of health don't change—only how you apply them does—and why adapting your approach is a strength, not a failure. When life blows up your routine with sickness, sleepless nights, and missed workouts, this episode reframes resolutions and habits as practical commitments you protect on your calendar rather than promises you hope to keep.   Dr. Andrew Fix shares a simple truth most people avoid. Consistency does not come from perfect conditions or endless motivation. It comes from deciding what matters and building habits that can survive real life. When routines fall apart, the answer is not guilt or starting over. It is choosing structure that works even when things feel messy.   Why do healthy habits disappear when life gets busy? What changes when your resolutions stop living in your head and start living on your schedule? The episode challenges the idea that routines need to look impressive to work and makes the case for habits that fit the season you are actually in.   If you are tired of feeling off track every time life gets chaotic, this episode offers a grounded way forward. Decide what matters, put it on the calendar, and keep moving without waiting for everything to calm down first.   Quotes “How do we get back on track? Well, I'm a big believer in putting things on the calendar that are priorities for you.” (05:01 | Dr. Andrew Fix) “It doesn't matter what it is. It just matters that it happens and that you're prioritizing it for yourself, that you are making a point to make it important to you, important enough to put it on the calendar” (05:56 | Dr. Andrew Fix) “We are so used to conquering and overcoming hard things because of the physical training that we do that we can do that in the other areas of our life as well.” (08:28 | Dr. Andrew Fix) “You need to find the routine. You need to find the cadence that works for you.” (09:29 | Dr. Andrew Fix) “If you want something to be accomplished, if you want to reach the goals that you have set for yourself, if something is important to you, it will be important enough to hold a place on your calendar.” (09:54 | Dr. Andrew Fix) SideKick Tool   Movemate: Award-Winning Active Standing Board 15% off Promo Code: DRA15   RAD Roller   Revogreen   HYDRAGUN    Athletic Brewing 20% off: ANDREWF20     Connect with Physio Room: Visit the Physio Room Website Follow Physio Room on Instagram Follow Physio Room on Facebook Andrew's Personal Instagram Andrew's Personal Facebook     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Trying to change that perception has been the most challenging thing post career…It was K-Mart the player and Kenyon the person. From his rise out of Dallas to leading the New Jersey Nets to back-to-back NBA Finals, Kenyon reflects on the edge and intensity that defined his playing career—and how that same fire often shaped how he was perceived. Now, with greater perspective, he opens up about the difference between being seen as a player versus being understood as a man. He opens up about the power of his voice now, how he strives to speak from experience and how his biggest post-career challenge is being able to show the world the difference from K-Mart the player vs Kenyon the person.... The conversation takes on new depth as Kenyon discusses watching his son, Kenyon Martin Jr., carve out his own NBA journey. He speaks candidly about fatherhood, pride, restraint, and the responsibility of letting your child become their own person while still standing firm in loyalty and protection as a parent. Beyond the game, Kenyon shares lessons on accountability, family-first values, standing on principle, and how growth sometimes requires rewriting narratives—both public and personal. This episode is about legacy, love, and learning when to pivot without losing who you are.
