There has never been a more critical time to address our mental health and to provide support to others in need. Healthcare professionals are the heroes on our front line during the COVID-19 pandemic, but their service to us comes at a significant cost. Moral trauma, guilt, compassion fatigue, sleeplessness, and other physical ramifications have taken a toll. Join The Quell Foundation and Hartford Health's Dr. John Santopietro as we provide our frontline healthcare workers a space to openly share lived experiences and self-preservation techniques to manage the continued exposure to this global health crisis.
