Dan Schnabel operates five disc golf events and supports another 3-4 every year in Minnesota. He is heavily involved in the Coon Rapids Disc Golf Course and in the Twin Cities Disc Golf club.  For about 10 years Dan was in a race to set records for the most holes of disc golf played in a 24 hour period, maxing out at 1,929 played at 1,441 under par with 5 holes in one at a short course in Wisconsin.  He also played an astonishing 500 different holes at different courses in a 24 hour period.  He also has one of the coldest recorded rounds on record, playing Coon Rapids in a brisk 35 degrees below zero.
