John is back on another Japan trip eve-eve, so they're filled with restless energy at the prospect of soon being back in a giant metal tube for 14 hours and they're pretty sure it showed! Thankfully returning guest Velkej is here to help them break down the end of the NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament, and boy is there a lot to talk about: the very divisive winner, who had the best and worst tournaments, the giant gap between A and B blocks, and a whole lot more! Plus, a preview of a very underwhelming-on-paper Dominion card for Osaka Jo Hall (not ideal when you're going to it of course!).Then it's over to Tokyo Joshi for nothing but unabashed praise (well, not quite as much from Velkej but hey) as John happened to think this random Korakuen show from them ended up being one of the very best shows of the year- from any promotion. They break down a MOTYC tag title match, a strong undercard with their young wrestlers once again showing out, and a surprisingly great main event. Afterwar they head back to Dragongate for a very mixed bag of two more Korakuen Hall shows, including the enormous news of Shun Skywalker's imminent departure. They break down the perplexing way that's been handled so far, comparisons to Okada's NJPW departure, some really weird and stupid angles, and Kobe World being booked seemingly on the fly. Finally, John goes solo to break down AJPW's 6/6 show from Nikko, another fun show from the most improved promotion of 2026. They wrap things up with a little bit of rambling on as we approach the 300th episode of this stupid podcast, somehow. Sarah hosts Nikko Kennedy on the Evolving Wellness podcast to discuss motherhood, preconception, and sleep, emphasizing how optimizing light and darkness can support polyphasic sleep and help mothers function despite frequent night wakings. Nikko argues modern expectations of consolidated 8-hour sleep and nighttime screen use worsen fatigue, while extended time in dim darkness (often 10–14 hours postpartum) can improve resilience, weight loss, and overall endocrine and metabolic health. They connect sleep to anemia, noting over 90% of new red blood cells come from recycled iron, with inflammation-regulated hepcidin limiting iron use regardless of supplementation; they highlight the roles of mitochondria, liver, spleen, and bone marrow and the need for nighttime darkness. They also touch on community/social cues, dad's health and placental outcomes, pregnancy blood volume expansion, and mixed experiences with desiccated organ supplements.— Connect with Nikko:https://substack.com/@nikkokennedy?r=5eztl9&utm_campaign=profile&utm_medium=profile-pagehttps://www.instagram.com/brighterdays.darkernights/ YOUR COMPLETE SUMMER SUN GUIDE - Free Webinar: https://www.sarahkleinerwellness.com/webinar-your-summer-sun-guide or Scan the QR code at 01:58 _________Sponsored By:→ VivaRays | This episode is sponsored by VivaRays - VivaRays Blue - code YOGI https://vivarays.com/→ Troscriptions | For an exclusive offer, go to https://www.troscriptions.com/SARAHK for 10% off your first non subscription order. _________Timestamp:00:00 Coming Up00:29 Podcast Intro 03:27 Meet Nikko Kennedy06:04 Why Nikko Helps Moms13:52 Polyphasic Sleep Basics16:26 Postpartum Rest Strategy17:54 Sleep Is Social Screens22:22 Handling Pushback Privilege24:17 Jealousy Online25:44 Iron Recycling Basics28:06 Darkness Heals Mitochondria29:03 Enforced Darkness Protocols31:18 Sunlight for Postpartum Recovery35:17 Light and Breastfeeding Gains36:06 Motherhood Moment Break37:34 Practice Based Research39:31 Dad Health and Placenta41:22 Blood Volume Expansion42:23 Boring Basics Protocol42:47 Organ Supplements Debate——— This video is not medical advice & as a supporter to you and your health journey - I encourage you to monitor your labs and work with a professional!________________________________________Get all my free guides and product recommendations to get started on your journey!https://www.sarahkleinerwellness.com/all-free-resourcesCheck out all my courses to understand how to improve your mitochondrial health & experience long lasting health! In this episode of Compliance Champions, Delphine Forma speaks with Taisuke Isono, General Manager of the DeFi Technology Department at SMBC Nikko Securities, about how institutions are approaching decentralized finance, automation, and the future of financial marketsFrom automated market access to AML-driven design, this conversation unpacks how one of Japan's leading financial institutions is bridging TradFi and DeFi and what it means for the future of finance.
Nikko Georgantonis, Head of Revenue Systems at Hightouch, joins the show to share how he's transforming RevOps from a dashboard-pulling function into a proactive, insight-driven engine. From AI-powered MEDDPICC inspection agents to rep onboarding milestone tracking, Nikko breaks down the practical ways his team is building, and learning, at the frontier of applied AI in go-to-market.
On the Season 5 finale of Momentum: A Race Forward Podcast, Nikko Viquiera, Deputy Senior Vice President of Programs, sits with internationally acclaimed poet, comedian, public speaker, and actor ALOK Vaid-Menon. This conversation was recorded this past November at Just Narratives for Multiracial Solidarity 2025, In their conversation, Nikko and ALOK explore how storytelling can be used to challenge and transform the dominant narratives that shape our understanding of identity, power, and belonging. ALOK reflects on their journey from navigating childhood shame and public violence to cultivating a practice rooted in joy, play, and self-determination, offering a powerful reframing of what liberation can look and feel like. Together, they examine how vulnerability, when embraced and shared, can become a force for healing and a tool for shifting culture. The conversation also connects these personal insights to broader movement work, unpacking how binary thinking, especially around gender, limits the possibilities of racial justice and multiracial solidarity. ALOK situates the gender binary as a colonial system that has been used to categorize, control, and divide people, reinforcing racial hierarchies and restricting self-determination across communities. Through this lens, they make the case that challenging the gender binary is not separate from racial justice work, but essential to it, expanding what it means to belong, to lead, and to exist freely. What happens when artists are brought in at the beginning of public space design — not as an afterthought, but as essential problem solvers? In this episode I sit down with Nikko Kimzin, founder of Kimzin Creative, an arts and equity consulting firm based in Petaluma, California. Nikko shares how his team uses the power of art to unlock community imagination, inform city planning, and build public spaces that truly reflect the people who use them. Plus, Nikko makes a passionate case for radical joy as a daily practice and a force for social change — and honestly, I left this conversation feeling more hopeful than I have in a long time.Timestamped Highlights0:47 — I share my thoughts on the lack of community-designed public spaces, including some honest reflections on my own neighborhood in Deep East Oakland2:41 — I introduce my guest Nikko Kimzin and the work of Kimzin Creative6:19 — Nikko explains his "why": uplifting the human spirit through art and community11:07 — Nikko's origin story: from a Mexican-American household to musical theater and New York City13:18 — The turning point: how Nikko shifted from performer to producer and educator, telling more complex stories for marginalized communities18:40 — The Petaluma River Park project: a two-year community engagement process for a 35-acre park24:34 — "I wish this could be…" — how a simple sticker activity unlocked community dreams29:02 — Why a patch of grass is not a park: Nikko makes the case for raising the standard for public spaces38:07 — Radical joy as a daily practice and a tool for social change — this part of our conversation really stayed with me47:13 — Nikko's passionate case for artists as problem solvers in policy, planning, and beyondGuest LinksWebsite: nikkokimzin.comConsulting: kimzincreative.comSubstack: Nikko Kimzin — Advice from a NobodyInstagram & TikTok: @nikkokimzinIf you enjoyed this episode, please follow Art Heals All Wounds on your favorite podcast app and leave a five-star rating or review. Orthodoxy grows fast, but the real battle is basic: prayer, humility, obedience. Nikko explains why “hot takes” can harm seekers and why locality matters.Orthodoxy can feel like a tiny world. One unexpected conversation after liturgy proves it, and it sets the tone for a wide-ranging talk with Nikko about what actually sustains Orthodox Christianity when the Church is growing fast: humility, prayer, and the daily work of repentance. We get honest about how social media apologetics can form zealous inquirers and catechumens into armchair experts, while the real “theologian” is the one who prays, shows up, and learns to obey in the life of a local Orthodox parish. We trade hot takes for the basics that actually build an Orthodox life: prayer, humility, and faithful attention to the people right in front of us. Nikko shares why Orthodoxy spreads through relationships and community, why money and material stewardship matter, and how to approach suffering, evangelism, and Lent with sobriety.• the Orthodox world as a real network of parishes and people• why social media apologetics can distort Orthodox priorities• God as someone to be experienced through prayer and the sacraments• unpacking the Western mindset slowly instead of rushing for status• locality and staying in your lane with priest and bishop level matters• doing the basic things well as the real path to growth• tithing and funding the Church without reducing faith to moneyWe also tackle the topics people hesitate to say out loud. Why does the Church ask for money? What do tithing, stewardship, and parish donors have to do with the Incarnation and caring for real human needs? Nikko shares a grounded view of giving, poverty, and discernment, plus a powerful takeaway from The Sunflower by St John of Tobolsk on conforming our will to the will of God, even when life is painful and confusing. Then we pivot to evangelism and the LDS world. Jeremy Jeremiah tells a story where someone leaves Mormonism not through a debate but through Christlike love, and Nikko explains why community and gentleness often do more than “owning” someone with arguments, especially with young Mormon missionaries. We wrap with practical Lent advice for new Orthodox Christians and for those already “enlisted” in the fight: take grace when you need it, and take the basics seriously when you're ready. If your Lent turns into label-scanning anxiety, you missed the point. Nikko gives a grounded approach: take grace when you're new, go to war when you're ready. Oral Arguments for the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
Nikko D'Ambrosio v. Meta Platforms, Inc.
In this episode, ARK CEO and CIO Cathie Wood sits down with Stefanie Drews, the newly appointed CEO of Amova (formerly Nikko Asset Management). Together, they explore the evolution of a decade-long partnership that helped shape both firms — and delve into Stefanie's remarkable leadership journey as a woman at the helm of a global asset manager. From Amova's recent strategic expansion in Asia to Stefanie's philosophy of integrating personal, professional, and purpose-driven goals, this conversation blends business insight with human depth. Stefanie also shares how her experiences as a single mother, an environmental advocate, and a structured leader have shaped the way she builds companies and raises a family — simultaneously, and without compromise.Key Points From This Episode:[00:00] Introduction — Cathie Wood introduces Stefanie Drews and Amova's significance to ARK[02:00] Why “Amova”? Stefanie on continuous progress, purpose, and leading with intentAmova Asset Management (“Amova”) is a current client of ARK Investment Management LLC (“ARK Invest”) in its capacity as a sub-adviser. Amova is also a compensated promoter for ARK Invest. Amova has entered into an agreement with ARK Invest whereby ARK Invest has agreed to pay Amova a fee in exchange for Amova referring investors to ARK Invest's ETFs. For its services to ARK Invest, Amova will receive 25% of the advisory fees received by ARK Invest for referred seed investors with respect to the initial seed investment. ARK Invest will also compensate Amova 25% of the advisory fees received by ARK Invest from referred investors other than seed investors in respect of the monthly holdings of each referred investor who has invested into one or more of ARK's ETFs, excluding those of initial investments made by seed investors. The compensation arrangement will continue for so long as the referred investors remain invested in ARK's ETFs. The advisory fees charged to the ETFs will not be affected by the fees paid to Amova, because Amova's compensation will be paid solely from ARK Invest's investment management fee. Amova and its representatives may also receive non-cash compensation from ARK Invest, such as attendance at events, entertainment and gifts. Receipt of cash and non-cash compensation influences Amova's referral of investors to ARK Invest.

Nikko Cagalanan is the chef-owner of Kultura in Charleston, South Carolina. Born and raised in the Philippines, Nikko began cooking in 2017 while still working as a nurse, discovering that the kitchen offered the same sense of purpose—to nurture, care for, and bring comfort to others. In 2019, he moved to Charleston to fully pursue his passion for cooking and launched Kultura to great acclaim, including a James Beard Award nomination. It was a lot of fun having Nikko in the studio to talk about his journey to professional cooking as well as some exciting news from the world of openings. And, at the top of the show, it's the return of Three Things, where Aliza and Matt talk about what is exciting them in the world of restaurants, cookbooks, and the food world as a whole. On this episode: Hangover cures, Television: A Novel of Luck and Perfection are novels worth checking out, and Catskills love for Fellow Mountain Cafe and Matilda. Also: We like I Love LA a lot and props to sneaky donut masters Grayling Bauer of Sparrowbush Bakery and Zoë Kanan of Elbow Bread.
