Ghostreaders is a husband & wife narration team who specializes in working with Black writers. They are both Miami natives, but they met in college. Michae and Quintell have always been the couple that does everything together and Ghostreaders is just another opportunity for them to share their life with each other by breathing melanin into the books they voice. We are Black owned and we love reading. We are passionate about making sure that Black literature is properly rendered and represented. Patrice’s writing career as an author began when her first book “A Collection of God’s Word and Motivation” was published in 2012. She has published a total of eight books in the genre of children, poetry and non-fiction. Prolific, multiple-award winning playwright, writer, advocate Jeanette W. Hill, often called the Creative Activist, has written more than one hundred plays. The founder and artistic director of JWHill Productions LLC, she creates and produces stories about real life, the way Black people live it. She serves as advisory board member for the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival and Urban Playwrights United. Jeanette is a member of The Dramatists Guild and has served as a peer reviewer and or consultant for the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival, Mid-America Arts Alliance, Austin Cultural Arts Program and the American Association of Community Theatre.
Monetta Smith, a native of Los Angeles, California, spent the vast majority of her life in Texarkana, Texas. She currently lives in the Dallas Fort Worth area of Texas. Monetta is a 4-year widow and mother to a 15-year-old daughter with Special Needs. Under no circumstance does Monetta consider herself a victim, but in all things she is a VICTOR. Monetta wrote and self-published her first book, in October 2019, entitled “Til Death Do Us Part". This book was inspired by her journey of walking through and successfully completing the vow of marriage. Comedian Quietstorm discovered her comedic talent in the church house in 1999 but launched her career in 2006. Since then she has traveled across the United States sharing her gift of laughter. She has opened for national recording artist Luther Barnes and Sunday's Best winner Leandria Johnson. Quietstorm has worked with internationally known Comedian Hamburger, American's First Black Impressionist, Sylvia Tray Morrison and the late Joe Recca. Taking her message to a broader audience Quietstorm has performed at Richmond's Funnybone Comedy Club, Cozzy's Comedy Club in Newport News, VA and the Historic Beacon Theater in Hopewell, VA. Currently she is crafting her life lessons to share platforms as a comedic speaker. Her mission is to show the world it's possible to be funny without profanity or vulgarity. She desires to show the church that God has a sense of humor.

It was a dream of Sharonda’s to create an inspirational line of cosmetics that empowers woman to look and feel beautiful; so was born the brand Adnorahs Cosmetics. Sharonda had absolutely no experience in the cosmetic industry other than wearing it; however she had a passion to make her dream come true. She began the brand small with three collections of lip gloss, and has now expanded the brand with eye shadows. Red Summer is a Jane of Many Trades. She is a performance artist, activist, motivational speaker and published writer. She has a BA in Speech, Theatre and Communications Education from Grambling State University in Louisiana, an MA in Interdisciplinary Art from Columbia College in Chicago and is pursuing a second MA in Heritage Preservation from Georgia State University in Atlanta. In the Fall of 2008, Red Summer left a career as a High School and College educator to pursue her dream as a full-time performance artist, writer and filmmaker. At that time, she was traveling across the country promoting her first collection of poetry, First Person, and growing her international audience with performances in Cuba, Spain, France, England and various countries in Africa. Mr. Sweet is known for a diverse repertoire, and for utilizing techniques that catch his listeners' attention, both of which have brought him critical acclaim and widespread praise from fans. Mr. Sweet was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts where he fell in love with words. Mr. Sweet discover he had a real passion for writing while in college but found performing on stage was his calling after gracing the stage at an open mic event in Albany Ga. called GrooveSpeak, which he eventually took over the hosting duties. GrooveSpeak is where he credits his spoken word debut. Since then, he has traveled across the United States sharing his gift with those who would dare to listen to his fiery, energetic, and passionate performances. He garnered a reputation for unique poetry techniques and stage presence which are being described as "strong, vulnerable, and raging”.
