In this episode, I share some info about bringing the focus to Self and having good relationship with ourselves. I am so grateful to have been creating healthy boundaries before being tested with something that created a little jolt in my flow. I share tangible examples of boundaries and the need to love Self first before being able to give it outwards, particularly in the time we are in. I hope this episode shows that we can all serve ourselves and our evolution, no matter the circumstances. We can choose to flow in the water, or remain on the rock and stagnate. I choose flow, and felt the need to simply share this with you, in case you are facing similar circumstances. This was initially recorded in my small Facebook group as a Live. In it I retell a story of my childhood with snakes. It goes into now is the time for serpent wisdom- and we can choose to open to it, or to remain as we are. It is unfortunate that our culture is in fear of snakes and teachings from it. They are symbolic of the mystical kundalini experience we can have. They are symbolic of the ancient feminine. They are symbolic of our senses beyond the 5 we typically use. Both ancient and mystical- they hold so much of the unknown within them. Perhaps a little more curiosity, rather than fear could be applied to these animals....May this serve in some way... This was completely unscripted and absolutely manifested! I have been wondering who I was going to have as a guest here. I was waiting for some weaving to take place and trusted in the divine timing of it. Belinda called me in relation to something else, but we ended up connecting over the age of 10! There's so much more that unravelled, including the message I got as in I lost my connection to the mysteries at the age of 10, something happened. And She had just read this in a book she is reading- and she ended up reading that part of the book, it was so good that we just needed to start to record our conversation. There are things we can do to support our every day life to keep us out of battle mode and in a higher aspect of the Warrior within. Now is the time to introduce (or re-introduce) a hobby, or meditation practice to take us further within and closer to knowing truth. There are choices that can be made daily, every hour, and even every second that can aid us to continue to evolve, or can restrict us whilst on the path.

This is an episode where I share about courage and hopefully inspire you to dare to trust yourself that little deeper, to try something again, to get back up from a knock down, to step into a new beginning.... whatever the situation you find yourself in, to try, to get in there and trust!   I typed a piece of writing about courage and it was from this that the podcast was based. Here it is:- It takes courage to Walk a Spiritual Path  Courage to be willing to stand alone.  Courage to feel everything- good, bad, pain, love.  Courage to remain open despite feeling so much.  Courage to find the supports despite pride that wants to do it all alone. Courage to try something and let go of the outcome of whether it ‘works or not’,  Courage to lend a hand despite never gaining that help back.  Courage to risk being judged, but feeling that radiance and doing it anyway. Courage to have faith in the ripple effect of the work you are doing in the world.  Courage to soften the heart instead of hardening it when we get hurt or when in grieving.  Courage to have empathy.  Courage to love without attachment to being loved in return. Just loving….  Courage to speak the fucking truth, even if it means others may judge us, or we don’t fit in. Courage to say no when obligations say yes.  Courage to step into sacred connections.  Courage to open to intimacy beyond anything ever previously experienced.  Courage to step into the unknown.  Courage to fall and get back up over and over again.  Courage to be your authentic expression in the world.  Courage to be different than anyone else:-  We were born for now.
