After all, it's made up of imperfect humans interacting with other imperfect humans. And while perfection isn't the goal, we all secretly wish for a workplace where people find ways to bring out the best in each other. Unfortunately, that's not always an intuitive skill. It takes guidance, practice, and then more guidance and practice... but with the right leadership, it's definitely achievable. In her searingly insightful latest documentary, All That I Am, Director Tone Grøttjord-Glenne drops us into the life of eighteen year old Emilie Andrea. After five years in the foster system, she is returning to her family home to rebuild a fractured relationship with her mother and younger half-siblings. Over the next two years a determined Emilie begins to heal the trauma that haunts her, learns to speak her truth aloud, and takes her first steps towards a self-determined future. Now Emilie must gather the courage to reveal to her half-siblings the reason their father was imprisoned and their sister went away. Told with a commitment to emotional insight and dedication to Emilie's subjective experience, this is the story of an extraordinarily courageous young woman on the cusp of adulthood finding the voice that was long denied to her. Director Tone Grøttjord-Glenne joins us for conversation on embedding herself into the lives of Emilie and her family, how a well intentioned Norwegian justice and welfare system can sometimes to more harm than good and the reception her remarkably intimate look at trauma, struggle and healing has received in her native country of Norway and the recent North American premiere at the HotDocs film festival. In this episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with Glenne De Gonzague of NUD Beauty. She shares her story of how she started her business while in college pursuing a law degree. We talk about her challenges as an entrepreneur and what she has learned along the way. Glenne De Gonzague is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in natural hair care. She was born in St. Lucia and raised in the United States. After deciding what area, she wanted to pursue her career in, she discovered her interest in Cosmetology. NUD Beauty was founded in 2016 through Glenne's college experiences. She noticed that there was a prominent struggle for students to take care of themselves. She later noticed that it wasn't only students, but a majority of the world battled with what it really means to practice self-care. With her philosophy on self-care and her beliefs of the healing properties using natural remedies, it was important to her that she provided a natural alternative to everyday essentials. NUD Beauty is designed for you to embrace the beauty of simplicity. From the beginning we all enter the world bare; as we navigate life, we can lose that original essence. Our natural ingredients are deliberately selected to enhance your innate beauty. After a looooooong hiatus, everyone's favorite nostalgia-based podcast returns with two bonus episodes that will (hopefully) set the tone for 2020. In the first of these Very Special Episodes, Jonny and Darin dive into Frank Oz's DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS. But did this Steve Martin/ Michael Caine-starring comedy "classic" con our gracious hosts into thinking it's actually a quality movie? Or is the movie honest with its intentions?
Lesbian Historian Glenne Mcelhinney on the history of the LGBT flag and fascinating SF LGBTQ history.

I staden foreslo psykologen at ho burde bli sjekka for ein autismediagnose.

Brad cons Steve and Marty into discussing the 1988 film Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Is that wrong?
We begin our post-BSG coverage with interviews with some of the talented people involved in the show's production. Recorded at the first prop auction in January, we talked to Glenne Campbell (Costume Designer), Ken Hawryliw (Prop Master), and Kevin Grazier (Science Advisor). We find out some of the design cues that differentiated the wardrobe of the Eight models, what became of the original Colonial Blaster (Sidearm), and the scientific vetting that goes on once the writers submit a story. Thanks to Glenne, Ken, and Kevin for talking with us!
