Seit der Gründung im Jahr 2000 verzeichnet das Unternehmen Placements auf über 20 Platin- und Goldplatten, mitunter auf Projekten von Drake, Kid Cudi oder Cro. Darüber hinaus präsentiert er in der Radio Sendung "YouFM featuring FlexFM" wöchentlich ein breite aktuelle Songauswahl und pusht mit seiner Playlist "Deutscher R&B" eine ganze Szene nach vorne.
