WE are joined by editor Robert W. Schneider. Robert W. Schneider (he/him/his) has been called a “renaissance man of the theatre” by his previous bio….which he wrote himself. He is an award-winning Director, Producer, Author, Educator, and Podcast Host residing in New York City, where he is the Artistic Director of The J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company. While he has been praised by many publications and media outlets, Robert's greatest achievement is that he is always able to get three dipping sauces automatically added to all Burger King orders. As Artistic Director of The J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company, Robert directed their award-winning productions of Seesaw, A Class Act (1st NYC Revival), A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine (1st NYC Revival), and The Baker's Wife, in which he collaborated with Stephen Schwartz on an intimate re-telling of the story.

An interview with Jim Jimirro about his time as CEO of Walt Disney Home Video, creating the Disney Channel, and taking his own media company, J2 Communications, public. We discuss his purchase of the National Lampoon brand, his love of the Great American Songbook, and his newest endeavor producing musicals off Broadway.   Jim is a voting member of the Oscars and for ten years was a chairman for the Grammys. He lectures on the Great American Songbook at the Beverly Hills Public Library and the 92nd Street Y in NYC. This year we found an incomplete copy of the 1980 Parade and missing from our copy was Gil Gerard and Todd Bridges but it Includes performances by the casts of the Broadway shows "Barnum," "Brigadoon," "The Pirates of Penzance" and "A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine" and by the Puerto Rican youth dance troupe Ballet Isleño. The stars include Danielle Brisebois, Dean Butler, Erik Estrada, and so many other and of course, Ed McMahon as the town drunk RetroDad and Chris from VHS Rewind wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
