This week, Tommy is joined by actor Michele Morrone who is currently starring in the long awaited movie ANOTHER SIMPLE FAVOR, with Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick. Michele’s breakthrough performance in the hit 365 DAYS franchise on Netflix catapulted him into international fame. Now some of the biggest directors and actors are lining up to work with this rising star in Hollywood. Today, Michele opens up about the impact that 365 DAYS had on his life, if he would have signed on to do those very steamy movies now, how he had to get used to losing his privacy, playing a goofy mafia boss in ANOTHER SIMPLE FAVOR, becoming best friends with Blake Lively, the prank he played on her when they began working together, a piece of advice that Blake gave to him that changed his outlook, how he’s the only Italian in the world that can burn pasta when boiling water, what we can expect with his other upcoming movie THE HOUSEMAID, why he loves playing characters that are so completely different from who he is, how he gets into some pretty dark mindsets for his roles, the new music that he’s been working on, why being “drunk on life” is the only way for him to live, the importance of giving yourself the opportunity to do the things in life that truly fulfill you, something that happened on set that he wants to apologize for, and so much more. Send us a textThis month we read and review The Housemaid by Freida McFadden. Like all of our reviews, the first part is spoiler free. Here's a little about The Housemaid:“Welcome to the family,” Nina Winchester says as I shake her elegant, manicured hand. I smile politely, gazing around the marble hallway. Working here is my last chance to start fresh. I can pretend to be whoever I like. But I'll soon learn that the Winchesters' secrets are far more dangerous than my own…Every day I clean the Winchesters' beautiful house top to bottom. I collect their daughter from school. And I cook a delicious meal for the whole family before heading up to eat alone in my tiny room on the top floor.I try to ignore how Nina makes a mess just to watch me clean it up. How she tells strange lies about her own daughter. And how her husband Andrew seems more broken every day. But as I look into Andrew's handsome brown eyes, so full of pain, it's hard not to imagine what it would be like to live Nina's life. The walk-in closet, the fancy car, the perfect husband.I only try on one of Nina's pristine white dresses once. Just to see what it's like. But she soon finds out… and by the time I realize my attic bedroom door only locks from the outside, it's far too late. But I reassure myself: the Winchesters don't know who I really am.They don't know what I'm capable of…We hope you enjoy the episode!Do you have a book you'd like us to review on this show? Meanwhile, we express our admiration for Eminem's musical journey and share our excitement over the Netflix show "Rhythm and Flow."As we wrap things up, we're taking a nostalgic trip back to school, sharing hilarious tales of driving lessons, supportive mentors, and the unfinished pickleball tournament that still makes us chuckle. A dash of humor lights up the conversation with family-friendly jokes, including what to call a factory that makes okay products—a "satisfactory," of course! With warmth and camaraderie, we promise a journey filled with laughter, shared experiences, and the mouthwatering anticipation of indulging in some delicious pulled pork.Support the showhttps://linktr.ee/onourbestbehavior

Send us a textWoHos!We recorded this a few months back and then both had some life stuff come up, but we hope it is worth the wait! This film is a classic domestic melodrama that has inspired Bong Joon-ho, among others, and is one batshit crazy ride. From IMDb: A composer and his wife are thrown into turmoil when a housemaid becomes more than they bargained for. (Composer??? That's overstating it a little bit--Mac & me)This film has everything. It's a cautionary tale, a cinematographic masterpiece, high melodrama, and a film that includes the mention of more rats than the film THE DEPARTED. Oh, TW for rat death...and child death.Next time on the main pod: Mac talks the 1964 Japanese Horror classic, ONIBABA.Quinn has also agreed to meet with me to discuss LADY IN A CAGE and possibly, THE HERETIC, and we hope to get our friend Chrissy Champagne on to discuss HELLO MARY LOU: PROM NIGHT II before the end of the year.
