We hope you can tell we are making progress with our distant sound quality but we're still hoping for great improvement. Thanks for listening.
I may not have been podcasting much over the past few weeks, but I sure have been knitting!! It is very likely that my podcasts will be a little sporadic over the summer as I try to balance everything I want/need to get done. My intention is to have WIP and FO jam packed shows when I do record though.I've been on a bit of a sweater kick (appropriate for a hot dry spell, right?)...and the four sweaters in question are -Hiro by Julia Farwell-ClayMiranda by Josée PaquinTolmie by Josée PaquinWhispers by Veera VälimäkiI am totally loving the Mule Spinner 2-Ply from Custom Woolen Mills, and plan to buy at least one more sweater's quantity once I've finished knitting Tolmie. A rainbow of Tolmies perhaps? Today I was wearing my Pebble Beach Shawl by Helen Stewart. I knit this one out of Habu Tsumugi Silk, and it is absolutely perfect for summer!
Merry Knitmas! Get ready for a bumper Christmas Cracker Pomcast! We've got festive cheer, Top Three, 'What Would Juju Do?', plus two interviews this episode one with Helga Isager and one with Julia Farwell-Clay. Thanks to Unravel and Green Mountain Spinnery for sponsoring this episode.

What we're working on: Allison has finished Welcome to the Flock by Julia Farwell-Clay (except for the grafting!), in Townhouse Yarns Camden Tweed. She had a traumatic experience with a mis-counted cast on for the Twist Pullover by Cecily Glowik Macdonald, which has since been rectified, and made some progress on the Toddler Hoodie she's been working on for a while. Rachel is still working on the Coffee Date with Mark Ruffalo shawl, and the rows are getting really really long. And she's been doing a bit of spinning.
