That dopamine hit gives us a high for a time but let's be honest, how many of us really, truthfully could say we feel more rested, energised, peaceful or optimistic?!! Then there's life... "How are you doing?" Response... "busy". You and I have time for what we choose to have time for. The choice we often have before us is to choose the Important over the Urgent. How do you plant a pioneer church? How do you launch a branch church plant without damaging what you have already built? Listen to Lee Trabucchi (Leighton Buzzard) and Leon Evans (Halesowen) share at the Elim Leaders Summit in 2018 about the challenges and opportunities they have faced in two very different situations and the story so far.

We arrive at a conference with a mix of expectancy and familiarity. We've heard much of it before, and we've been “on the edge of the breakthrough” too many times... so what will it take? Leon Evans is the Lead Pastor of Life Central Church (Halesowen) and as a ‘local lad' has a passion for not only the local church but also for the region and beyond. The Church is now ‘multi site' with a refurbished building and extensive community work impacting hundreds of people every week. Leon founded the youth charity Phase Trust and also has a passion for leadership development locally and overseas.
