Rich gives us his story of how he went from marketeer to exhibitor, being a board member of the ICA (Independent Cinema Alliance) and the core values of their new theater chain; Rich explains how their self-serve beer system works, gives great tips to independent exhibitors on how to use social media and lends some encouraging words about the upcoming year of cinema.
